My new build was inspected today 11/29/2021 by Mr. Bonner. He was amazing. Very knowledgeable, thorough, and took his time to do it right. My realtor even stated how thorough Mr. Bonner was. At the end of the inspection Mr. Bonner gave us tips and informed us of things like the filter system under the house, and others. I highly recommend his services. He went over and above.. Thank you so much Mr. Bonner!

We hired Mike Bonner to do a Seller's home inspection prior to putting our house on the market. Mike really gave us peace of mind; after his VERY thorough inspection of our home, we knew we were not in for any surprises! Mike covered absolutely EVERYTHING, and sent his report to our agent the next day. He was not only very knowledgeable, but he was also very courteous and helpful when we had questions. We were able to fix the few things he found quickly so we could put our house up for sale. If we had not moved out of state, we would hire Mike again for sure!
