Called this business to schedule a home inspection after ratifying a contract on a home; here's how it went.
Cavalier: "Cavalier Home Inspections"
Me: "Hey! I have a pending contract on a home and I'd to talk about scheduling a home inspection."

I got hung up on. Wildly unprofessional.

I cannot give this company 5 stars. Although their home inspection was long and with pictures, they missed the windows even claiming they were inspected. It seems they only inspect for cracks but didn’t bother opening the windows, because if they did they would have found several that had broken tracks making them extremely difficult to slide open and/or close. Additionally they missed how loose the bathtub faucet was causing water to leak into the baseboard. We know this because of the mold found once we removed the flooring. If we knew these things, we could have added it onto our purchase

Jim was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with. He took the time and explained everything that he found during the inspection as he found issues. He was also very helpful with tips and showing us things that we needed to know about the house like where important shut offs were located and how to care for a glass topped stovetop. Jim was pleasant and put us at ease. After calling multiple home inspectors, I'm very happy that we went with Cavalier Home Inspections. The report was promptly posted the same day of the inspection and was thorough. I would highly recommend utilizing the services
