Hello dear souls and welcome, my name is Madaline (aka Mystic Mad). I am a certified Reiki Master and meditation guide based in Los Angeles, CA. I began my journey into the world of Reiki and holistic health after a very difficult year of my life filled with immense loss that manifested itself in ways for which I was not prepared.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the idea that all living things have an unseen life force energy flowing through them and is what causes us to be alive. When your life force energy is high, you'll feel strong and confident, be more relaxed and centered and less likely to get sick.
