Highly impressed on multiple accounts with Derek and his entire staff. I’ve gained some weight over the past 6-12 months and stopped in to check it out. I’ve never been up-sold on anything and what they offer in terms of value is likely difficult to communicate here, but the best product/service here is healthy meals that I pick up on a weekly basis and literally only have to heat for 90 seconds. I’ve lost over 14lbs in just a few weeks while making lifestyle changes. If you’re looking to move towards a healthier way of living without overspending, I strongly recommend stopping in to check

Walked in after reading good reviews. Zack attended to me and he was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and gave me honest advice tailored to my nutrition goals and that also saved me a lot of money. Often times people become skeptical of reviews, but this review is true and honest. Since moving from NJ to GA it has been difficult to find a good source of supplements that are of quality. But also with team members that are knowledgeable and I can honestly say that with Derek and Jason they are super knowledgeable and have your best interest at heart with the best quality.
I also started the training program with Derek 3 months ago and not only have I lost over 30 lbs. but I also feel better and can see true results and improvements overall.

Excited to reconnect with Derek from Total Nutrition Atlanta. My wife and I moved to Port Charlotte Florida in November 2012. Within months we went to total nutrition to get help with nutrition and and hopefully achieve goals to get in shape since we were getting up in age. We met Derek and he set us on a healthy path and advice without spending 100’s of dollars. Prior to meeting him we spent a fortune on so called miracle supplements, gimmicks, scams and bad advice. I have had the pleasure to know Derek and Total Nutrition Atlanta for about 5 years now. I first got to talk to him back when I was in the Untied States Marine Corps. I now live in NJ and they are STILL my go to place for supplements and proteins. Even on my off cycles they stay in contact with me and check to see how my personal life and my training is going. They have great customer service, great deals, and are extremely knowledgeable within the nutrition and fitness world. Derek and his team at Total Nutrition in Sandy Springs are great. They really listen to you and pick out the supplements that work best for body and the goals you have set to achieve. The quality, selections and price point are amazing. Derek and his crew are beyond helpful. I came to them open minded and wanting to try new products and everything that they have shown me has helped me grow and better myself. They are personable and are not just trying to sell products. I usually spend 20-30 minutes in here just learning about each product and which product is best for me. The amount of knowledge that Derek and his employees have surpasses anything any other supplement store could have. Derek is awesome. Really worked with me to find a health and fitness solution. He had great products lined up for my goals, explained what they should do and how they affect my physique, and explained how proper nutrition will supplement their effects. Also, the prices were very reasonable and actually better than I anticipated. I plan to continue going to Total Nutrition Atlanta for all my supplement needs, they are much better at customer service than any fitness shop I've been to. Great job!
