This is the best dermatology office I’ve ever been to! I see Kimberly Cray and she is amazing! She’s so sweet and caring and takes her time explaining everything , makes you feel so comfortable and confident that you’re in the best hands. Even with uncomfortable issues , when talking to her you feel like you’re talking to your best friend. She’s the best, I would never go anywhere else !

I’ve been going to Bowes Dermatology for a couple years. I started with Dr Bowes which I love and then started seeing Dr Gonzalez because Dr Bowes wasnt seeing patients at that moment. Dr Gonzalez is amazing as well. I went today and they scheduled me with Kimberly Cray PA because I needed to be see a doctor as soon as possible and absolutely loved her. Her assistant was amazing as well. It is not very common to find doctors that are caring and with great bedside manners and I have to say that I’ve been very lucky with this practice. This clinic is incredibly clean and the staff are so polite and helpful, I always enjoy my visits. Kimberly is the best dermatologist in Miami and she will not let you down. She is really gentle and cares so much about all her patients! I can't say enough good things.
The actual location is really convenient for anyone innthe Brickell area (where its tough to find parking). The clinic is a few minutes away and you can valet or park in the garage.

Awful service! I came in today, Aug 17th, took 1 hour drive, to find out they cancelled my appointment. They never talked directly to me, no text message. They did send multiple txt messages asking if I wanted to change my date but never never to tell me that it was cancelled. They should ensure patient has received information about cancellation and call back to the office for a new appt. Lady at the counter was not even sorry about it.

Great service and attentive. I really appreciate the use of modern technology for appointment making and for keeping in touch with patients. Found this office on Google and needed an emergency apt. They were able to squeeze me in same day! I was taken care of by Kimberly Cray, PA-C. She was very reassuring and knowledgeable and immediately put my fears to ease. I felt very comfortable and will be returning for any future dermatological related issues. It was an hour drive from my home but was worth it.
