Getting a DUI (driving under the influence) or DWI (driving while intoxicated) is a serious offense. It can result in significant fines, the revocation of your driver's license and a criminal conviction on your record, with the possibility of jail time. Fighting DUI or DWI charges requires an aggressive defense.

Earlier this year (2021), My partner and I had a legal matter come up and hired this firm to represent us. The fee for Mr. Browns services required a deposit of $3000.00 dollars. As it turned out, the very next day the legal issue that we were facing suddenly went away when the other party decided to not proceed with their claim. While a couple of hours of work were completed by Mr. Brown it certainly did not amount to $3000.00, We were then told by Mr. Brown that we would not receive a refund from our remaining deposit but instead the funds would be held by his office IN CASE there were to be

Mr Suarez is the Reincarnation of Johnny Cochrane... got my husband first out of a dui later had a violation of probation for assault with deadly weapon and should have have been in jail two months was in another county with no transport due to COVID and got him out. No one has ever heard of this happening and thank God for this man or my husband would have had no job and we would have lost everything. He communicates and was worth every penny spent! He is honest, nonjudgmental and you feel he is a lost cousin or brother who is there to defend you no matter what! Highly recommend !!!

The entire staff was great to work with as they were courteous and always helpful. Chris Brown is an excellent attorney as he understands the law and he will give you an honest evaluation of your situation. Chris always presents himself in court with facts and professionalism always fighting for what is best for his clients. He is very responsive to emails and phone calls. Life happens and Chris and his team are very sympathetic to each individual case they handle, but you can be assured that they will fight for you until the end, no matter how long it takes. When you hire this firm you will be

Chris Brown is without a doubt the most honest and hard working attorney I have ever come across. I used him for a case and he went above and beyond, worked additional hours he didn't have to and did not send me a huge bill like most other money hungry lawyers do. He is the real deal, respectful, and kicks butt in the court room. Could not praise him enough for his legal guidance. Chris will have your back and take great care of you.

Scott Weinberg was very professional throughout my entire process. He always answered any questions I had and kept me informed which in return kept me at ease and comfortable. I would recommend Scott to my friends and family and to whoever needs a lawyer who is there for you 24/7 and will fight by your side. Scott, it was a pleasure having a lawyer like you I appreciate everything you have done for me.

We paid them alot of money. They pretty much forgot about us, visited my son a couple times in jail, wouldn't call me back, and secretary lied over and over. Told my son not to take 5yrs. Saw him day of hearing and said if he didn't take 8yrs. he could get 20years. My son got 8 yrs. plus 5 probation. Won't even release paperwork, says we owe more money. Total rip off!

My husband and I were co defendants in an grand larceny case. We paid scott $5,000 for both cases, he never stayed in contact with us, we only spoke at court dates, he never sat us down in his office to discuss the discovery papers or etc. on my husbands last court date in Sarasota County which was his trail date. This man forced my husband to enter a plea of 6months in jail followed by 3yrs probation. Remind you we never discussed a defense strategy or were we prepared for trail, for lack of communication, and he mailed us the discovery papers and ccv video a week before trail. Never sat us down
