We invite you to become part of the floral design community. You'll feel like an insider once you learn the ropes of putting together your own centerpiece or floral decor. Attending a floral workshop here is like a spa day, party and cultural experience all in one. You'll walk away with a handcrafted, organic object art, a sense of pride, knowledge and possibly a new friend or two.
Our shop is located in a 120-year-old cotton mill repurposed into apartments and retail space south of the railroad tracks along E. South Main / Highway 75 in downtown Waxhaw, NC. Open six days a week, we sell flowers, plants, unique gifts and one-of-a-kind vintage finds. Our vibe is eclectic and diverse, seasoned with southern hospitality.
Your big day should be remembered as a vivid, beautiful extravaganza. We aim to suit your taste and create the most uniquely elegant bouquets, table arrangements and floral accents for your special event. It starts with a sit-down conversation at our shop. Our flowers were absolutely beautiful. Tina and Stephanie were wonderful to work with and so personable. We had a hard time finding a florist due to postponed Covid Weddings, but the ladies at Sweet T Flowers were so kind and went out of their way to make my floral dreams come true. After the wedding, we had Sweet T Flowers preserve our flowers because they turned out to be better than we could've ever imagined.

It disheartens me to leave a bad review but I referred a friend to this company for a florist for her wedding in April 2022. August 23rd they said her wedding date was available and they scheduled her meeting for Sept 3. September 3rd she picked her flowers, she sat with them gave them a swatch of her bridesmaids gowns, shared her Pinterest board and all details of the reception and mass she was told "this sounds great, I am gonna write up the quote just give me a few weeks we have a few wedding coming up". She never heard anything back, after 2 emails no response, she called September 17th to

Sent my wife flowers to her work. Was told the flowers would likely be delivered early morning.I was very happy with this as my wife is a teacher and gets off at 2. I said “that was great the earlier the better”. I called the delivery day at 1 to check the status of the delivery as it had not been delivered yet. The response I received is that the driver has some health issues and is diabetic. (A phone call would have been nice.) I was told they would get to her before she leaves for the day. So much for the woah factor. I could have went to Harris Teeter and saved $30 and just brought them

Being Teacher's Week, I wanted to send my beautiful daughter in law flowers. Not being from the area, I was looking for an independent florist. I contacted Sweet T Flowers and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They made her a beautiful arrangement and delivered them to her school that same day. I opened the door to my home and there was this beautiful arrangement. I thought it was placed on the wrong doorstep but then realized the arrangement was really for me ordered from my Mother. I cannot express the feeling. My Mom is on Social Security and I know she may have not been able to afford it but she did and Sweet T's went the extra mile making this arrangement. My Mother is a retired florist and when I sent her the picture of my flowers she was super pleased. I very highly recommend this florist

I also had a great experience with Sweet T Flowers. I forgot to order flowers for my wife's birthday. I called the morning of the birthday and Tina had a very lovely arrangement delivered in the late afternoon as planned. The arrangement was beautiful, to match my wife. The arrangement looked like I had ordered weeks in advance instead of that morning. 5 Stars all the way for Sweet T!

Stopped in here out of curiosity. I had signed up for a flower arranging class thru the Town of Waxhaw. Due to the lack of interest the class was cancelled. I was disappointed in this flower store. If that's what you want to call it. It's not a flower store where you can pick up a bunch of fresh flowers. I was hoping to do that. A lot of local signage, jewelry some plants in planters. Maybe it will just need some time but I'm hesitant to even order flowers here.

I have to give a great review with pictures. I needed a bouquet of roses for my wife's birthday. Went in at 2pm. Had the bouquet delivered on front door step by 5pm. They were great to work with! And the flowers were the most beautiful I've ever seen. The rose scent that came from them was amazing as well.

I asked for one arrangement that was on the internet. After being told that this could be done, I asked her to add a few more flowers to make it a little bigger/fuller. Again I was told it could be done.
