In the past, I've struggled with my food choices. I've always reached for fast food and soda. Iris has been great helping me break my old habits and move to healthier food choices. Instead of reaching for a Big Mac, I'm reaching for vegetables and fruit. She's introduced me to healthier and delicious recipes as well, making it fun to cook again in the kitchen.
This idea is excellent for condos, apartments, and other spaces with a deck or a small outdoor area. There's a great diversity of veggies, herbs, and flowers that can be grown in pots. This option is wonderful for starting your plants from seed. Also, to optimize temperatures for veggies, fruits in cooler climates, such as tomatoes and peppers.
On a selected date, Ms. Briand will present a 90-minute seminar providing all ingredients and materials. Workshops can be arranged at your location and convenience. I went to Iris Briand's Anti-Inflammatory Workshop. I learned how to make homemade pasta and pesto. It was fun, the food was delicious, and I learned a lot from Ms. Briand.

Iris teaches how to make cooking healthy a fun, new and exciting way to see food as fuel! I absolutely love the recipe for pesto green beans and don't think I'll ever eat pesto pasta again. Who knew that eating healthy could taste so amazing. Iris is truly a gem in and out of the kitchen...just love her to pieces!!!
