Services
Our story started in 1967 when Joseph DeRosa as a young man started the business DeRosa of Boston Jewelers in the Jewelers Exchange Building in Downtown, Boston MA. In the early days, Joseph mainly did repairs for the trade; providing other jewelers with basic jewelry repair services. As the business grew, Joseph expanded the business to include DeRosa of Boston Jewelers in Plaistow, NH where he operated the business until his retirement in 2007.

The Gallery is where we feature just a few of the many custom items we've designed, crafter, or restored. Some items were specifically created to meet a customers request, others were made for stock and are in our showroom for sale. Eric repaired my vintage Native American jewelry in less than a day and he put extra careful and thought into making the repairs fit the original design of the piece.

This is THE place to have your jewelry repaired. It was the quickest and easiest experience. My engagement ring is thin, and I bent it during a move. It was missing a side diamond and had a crack in it. I did not want to have a repair done somewhere they shipped my ring off.
Eric was polite and professional, he fixed my ring right in front of me within 10 mins. I would highly recommend this repair location. They do repairs on site and they were able to do mine the same day. This business sets the standard when it comes to customer service. Go here, you won’t be disappointed!

I trust Erik for all of my jewelry needs. Albeit for jewelry repairs or if you want something custom made, or off the shelf, etc. He is a true artist and very honest. He makes sure you get the best quality and value for an affordable price. I have also referred friends of mine to Erik and they were also thrilled with their customer experience! I used a saw to remove this focal piece out from a cuff bracelet and made the chain for it to turn it into a necklace. Unfortunately I had no way to solder the jump rings to attach the chain as a torch would damage the focal piece. Erik was able to laser solder the jump rings to attach the chain. He did it well, fast and for a reasonable price. He was also very personable and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back.

Carl is the amazing at what he does. I had my engagement ring, wedding band for her and a wedding band for myself designed and made here. Using the gemstones I wanted, Carl worked with my budget. He explained everything, educated me in the subject matters of gemstones and metals. Showed us the final CAD-design on how it’ll look on his big TV. He just made it so much more personal and came out on top with the final products. Best thing I ever did going there unlike all of these big chain jewelry stores where the sales person just wants to make a sale, Carl will take his time and make sure understands

I brought a ring that had a lot of sentimental value and needed to sized up and cleaned. He did a wonderful job and did it very quickly. Also brought in a ring that needed a stone replaced he was great about really looking the ring over and making recommendations for how to make the ring look the best. Another stone was really scratched and needed to be replaced so it would look as good as the new stone. He took the time to look over what I needed done and ensured it was done with the highest quality and workmanship. Highly recommend.
