This place is absolutely top notch. We started coming here after our local place wasn't quite cutting it for a number of reasons. Mark and his son are SO knowledgeable and nice and have the quickest turn around I've ever experienced. I've been here multiple times to have my wedding/engagement rings rhodium coated, we've had watch batteries changed out and also bought these amazing locking earring backs that are seriously awesome. Waited for my day off to come here. Google says they’re open Sundays from 11:30 to 2:30. Drove all the way here. Closed. Huge waste of my time. It takes 5 minutes to update your hours. I will not be returning here. Incredibly sick of this nonsense and incredibly disappointed. This wasn’t a short drive. Also their website is “under construction” so there’s no info and I could only go off of google.

When I felt it was time to get my favorite ring re-sized I "googled" for a local jeweler and these guys came up. I don't shop in Raymond much so I didn't know they were there but what a gem to find (pun intended). I recently visited the shop again and it's like walking in to a whole new store. The owner - Mark - is still there, as are the services he was offering prior, but the whole store has been renovated and refinished. The floor has been replaced, the cabinets and tables are all new, and the jewelry selection has been vastly expanded.
They even offer financing and custom-designed jewelry! Absolutely worth a visit.

I stopped in to Jambs Jewelry to have my watch battery replaced this morning. The jeweler brought my watch back to me and said the battery was testing fine and that it sometimes will start keeping time better if it is just put back in. I truly appreciated his honesty as he could have charged me for a new battery and I would never have known the difference. If he is this honest in little things, I would definitely put my trust in him for bigger purchases.
