I had a wonderful experience with Courtney. She was very friendly and outgoing. I had an idea of what I wanted from my hair cut, but also wasn't exactly sure how to describe it. Courtney completely understood & delivered! I am so incredibly happy with my hair. I will certainly be back to see her again!
Also want to mention: she recommended a product while we were chatting during the haircut. When I was checking out, I was prepared for a high pressure sell on an expensive product. Instead, I was delighted to be handed a small container with sample of the product to take home and try! The high pressure

I wear a hijab and wanted to book an appointment for me and my sister in law. I asked politely if it would be possible to have my haircut and not be exposed to any men/ have my haircut somewhere private in the salon. She replied “you have to keep your mask on”(we were planning on wearing them and didn’t ask to have them removed btw)... And then proceeded to ask us “have you ever gotten a haircut before?”. I understand that we are asking for extra privacy and some salons just don’t have that available which totally understandable, but why belittle us and disrespect us. Terrible and condescending

Absolutely perfect place to go!!! I had a terrible experience with a different hair salon and when I went to studio 16 they made me feel welcome. They understood the anxiety I had since a the previous experience at a different salon was bad. They listened to what I wanted. I can not stress enough about how fabulous this place is!!! Beautiful inside and the people who work here are absolutely incredible! I highly highly recommend this salon. My mom and I go here regularly together now!! If you ever get a chance use this salon!!

This place is ok for regular hair care but not for important events. My friend asked me to go with her for hair and makeup rehearsal. A small young lady greeted us, she was nice and did a great job for hair and makeup. We were satisfied with the results. When the wedding day comes, omg! I had to drag my friend and ask her if she put on makeup by herself. The answer was no. But it was not the same lady who did for the rehearsal day. My poor friend, she doesn't care that much but I do. I'm not gonna go there again.

Love this place location is ideal. CarieAnn is awesome, listens to my requests and does a great job with color and cuts. When she was not avaliable Erin cut my hair and did a wonderful job. Owner welcomes you by name. Salon is clean, workers are friendly and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.
