I called to have my daughters asthma medication filled and the kid that took my request said he’d pass it to the pharmacist. I figured they would call if there were any issues. Instead they waited until I got there (5:30 in the afternoon) to tell me it couldn’t be filled. It was a very important medication and she’d need it later in the evening. The lady that told me they wouldn’t fill it but was so rude and made it sound like my fault as if I didn’t make it clear enough I was calling to fill the prescription. Had they told me they couldn’t fill it before I got there or when I called
