I called PennTech late in the day with our air conditioner out, they were able to respond the same day to come check it out. Our technician Matt gave us a 30 minutes time frame when he would arrive, and then updated when he was on the way. Once he arrived he was very nice, walked through everything he was checking and every step he was completing. He also was very nice to my children that followed him around like puppies everywhere he went. At each point he asked if I had any questions and answered them thoroughly. Once he had completed the repair, he offered to show me anything else I had questions
