We used McDaniel to replace our HVAC system. We were very pleased with Will and Evan. They arrived on time, were courteous, treated our property respectfully, explained what they were doing, and kept us informed during the installation. To their credit, they did what they said they would do. I would recommend them.

The McDaniels team is outstanding. We had an issue with our ac and they were able to get out so quickly. The techs showed up and were extremely pleasant and personable. They took time to explain to me in terms that I would understand what was wrong. They were so fast and thorough. I’m so thankful for their hard work and dedication to keeping me from sweating in my own house! I will 100% be using them again and would refer them to anyone!

Had my AC go out on a Sunday, I called McDaniel and was not expecting a call back on a Sunday at all. Not only did I have a call within 3 minutes of reaching out, but they also came out to the house within the hour to take a look at the AC. I have been blown away with the Amazing service from the first phone call until the new AC/furnace was installed this afternoon! This company was professional, honest, and the customer service was out of this world! Evan and Will did a great job with the installation, friendly, on time, and even put up with my Great Dane watching every move lol I HIGHLY recommend

So earlier this summer, right before the July 4th holiday, we had an air conditioner failure. We had one of their technicians come out who confirmed it was the compressor.
We looked at the cost of replacing the compressor in the condenser unit we had versus replacing it with either a SEER 13 or SEER 16 unit, and the cost difference - plus the addition of having a warranty on a new system - made sense to replace it. The sales portion of the process was easy, and we also had sticker shock - what we ended up getting to replace our unit was half the cost of compatible systems from other contractors
