Wanted to rent an inflatable for a weekend party. I do blame myself for procrastinating and by the time I was able to get in touch with someone they were sold out for that weekend. Which is fine I get it. My fault. When I called to speak to the person who had been emailing me… a different person answered the phone and he was extremely rude to me. I even emailed the person back who I had been speaking to and he just never replied after that. again, I blame myself for why I wasn’t able to secure an inflatable for a weekend party because I waited too long. But there is no excuse to being rude

We rented a bounce house May 29th, 2021. The guys who delivered it were beyond nice and it was delivered earlier on in the day which I loved because that was one less thing to worry about. Such a fun variety of houses and slides to select from. Eric and Susan were always very good at answering any questions I had prior to the party and even the payment options are convenient. We will be renting from here again.

I must say I was a bit hesitant about renting an inflatable with everything going on right now with COVID19. However I was SO impressed with the thoroughness and cleanliness provided. The crew showed up in masks, Lysoled the inflatable upon arrival and when they returned for pick up they yet again disinfected with Lysol. The kids and I enjoyed this and it was such a fun way to spend some quality time during this tough time. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely horrible customer service! We received a gift certificate to make up for a previous rental of a bounce house through them due to weather we weren’t able to use. Well when we went to book using the certificate they refused to honor it. Then also wanted to charge 500 for delivery! I will never use them again and it’s sad since I used to use them regularly for my children’s birthdays.

Friendly staff. There was an issue with delivery since one of their trucks broke down the day of my daughter's party. I wish they had communicated better the day of, but the kids loved the inflatable once it arrived and had a great time. The office rectified the situation fairly the following day and I would definitely try them again in the future.
ETA- I tried them again this year and everything went off without a hitch! They were on time and friendly. No issues :)

An overall wonderful experience! We had a few changes to our reservations, including a postponement due to weather, and every time I called there I received fantastic customer service - friendly, helpful, efficient and understanding. Right up until the day before our party, I was THAT customer, making changes at the last minute. They were helpful and professional and didn't make me feel like I was a "problem" customer (even though I would have thought I was!). Even the guys who came to set up and break down were friendly and professional. A great experience from beginning to end!
