We have a variety of Tent sizes and styles. From Party Canopies to free standing Frame Tents we are able to accommodate any area to customize your Celebration. Our free standing Frame Tents are perfect for areas that require a perfect fit or for much needed extra space without center poles. Frame Tents can also be put on pavement or grass.
The banquet table is perfect for seating 8 to 10 people or for food service and item display. Most common for seating arrangements, these tables seat 8 to 10 people and are used by restaurants worldwide. We carry table linens for any size table to turn your backyard picnic into a formal affair. Celebration Party Rental was awesome to work with. A simple email to Michael Cooney and my outdoor baby shower was ready to go with a 20 x 40 tent, tables, chairs, linens. Supplies were delivered and set up as scheduled and the quality of the rented items were five star! Take down went as scheduled without a hitch. I was given a great price too! I would definitely, without a doubt, use Celebration Party Rental again and would highly recommend them!

On a Thursday evening we found out that the weekend was going to be one of the coldest and rainiest weekends we’ve had on any Memorial Day planning or graduation. I called and spoke with Mike, who quickly put together a 20 x 30 tent with sides and lights and offered heaters for us. Our party on Saturday went off without a hitch the guests were so pleased, I don’t think I will ever plan another party without calling them first!!! Thank you!!!!

Mike was wonderful to work with. He made our bridal shower so amazing with the 20x 30 tent (including tables, chairs and lights) along with a 10x10 tent for food tables. All of his equipment is super clean and in excellent shape and looks just lovely for any occasion. Prices were better than any other place I called and very reasonable. He and Chris came out to set everything up and they were professional and efficient as well as very friendly and helpful. We will definitely use Celebration Party Rentals again, and I highly recommend this great company to you!

Celebration Party Rental are awesome. I had to whip together an outdoor baby shower on short notice. (Socially distanced) , Chris reassured me even on short notice that we would have everything ready on time. Beautiful clean tables , chairs, and honestly anything else we could possibly need. After contacting 10 different places I went with celebration party rental for my outdoor baby shower and very satisfied! Not only was the tent, tables, and chairs all brand new but Michael (main contact) and Chris were a pleasure to deal with. Also after contacting so many places I can tell you that they were the most reasonably priced! Party is tomorrow but they've already came and set up everything so I have plenty time to decorate and set up. I highly recommend!

We used Celebration Party Rental this summer for a graduation party, and they went above and beyond with their services. I called 3 or 4 companies for a quote, and CPR got back to me the quickest. Some of the other companies didn't call back, and 1 called back 3 days later.....really by then the deal was done, and CPR got my biz. Customer Service is key in this market, and these guys know what their doing. I rented a large tent, tables and chairs from them and they arrived on time for install / tear down. For an extra small fee they will add string lights across the top of the tent, and what a
