The Party Rental Place is small a family owned and operated event and party rental business based in Southington, CT. We provide a small business feel while utilizing modern technology and communications as if we were a much larger operation. This is done for your convenience so you are able to get in touch with us when and how you want to.
Sidewalls are additional please ask if you are interested and we can add them to the quote. We offer complete packages which include everything you need to have an epic outdoor movie night! Contact us for rates! A dance floor rental is sure to make your event pop off. Everyone likes to let loose once in a while, so why not invite them to do it at your event?

In order to reserve and confirm your order The Party Rental Place collects a deposit with the total remaining balance to be paid at least 2 weeks in advance of the event. For some events we will require full payment. For example, if your event is less than 3 weeks away. All payments are considered non-refundable.

This was by far the smoothest process ever. I literally sent an email, and the tent was delivered and set up the same day (I needed it for the following day).
Not only was getting the tent and supplies easy, they were friendly, respectful, and on time. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Call the number or send an email. Totally worth it! 5 starts across the board. All of the equipment is "like new" including the tent, tables, and chairs. I'm very impressed and would recommend them to everybody.

We had such a wonderful experience with The Party Rental Place. It was very reasonably priced. Owners are very accommodating and helpful throughout the process. I recently used them for rentals for my sons preK graduation and they were competitively priced even for only needing a table a few chairs!! If I could give them 100 stars I would. Great people who run a family owned Bussiness. They made our daughters graduation party a big success even though we called sort of last minute. They make the whole process so easy from start to finish. We should all support family businesses and hard working people like them. We will be their lifetime costumers.
