Black Tie Caterers were the caterer for my wedding on 8/13/2016. Unfortunately, they did not deliver. The tasting went well and they seemed prepared and organized until about 2 weeks out when they started to question things like a vegan option. They showed up almost 2 hours late to my wedding!!! They never even called my coordinator. My bridal party had to set up because they were not at the venue. The salad was minimal and that's being generous. The dressing on the side was in cheap plastic containers. My cake never got served. When my guests asked for cake they were told by the servers to

Beware! Mr. cole the owner appears professional and nice but when your event actually happens its a different story. I used black tie caterers for my wedding reception. I was referred by the facility where my event took place (EUBIE BLAKE). Im going to make my story short.My wedding and reception was all in one location. This company arrived to set-up my reception at the same time my wedding was to start. Not only were they late but they had to bring everything through my wedding ceremony entrance. Which delayed my wedding. By the time my reception started the food was extremely cold because they

I've experience Black Tie Caterers as a guest at a function they were catering. I didn't expect the food to be THAT good, but it was great. Also, the staff was so professional that I felt the need to compliment their service. I even asked one of the servers for the company's card as I definitely plan to use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone. I got a chance to speak with the owner and he was as professional, warm and engaging as I could expect from the service I enjoyed.
