Alex Post is not available to me as a client. . Instead, referred to salesperson who does not listen and is interested only in selling additional, unnecessary products. Very disappointed in this agency. 30 years with State Farm, never been treated this poorly.

We love this agency! James Trammell is our agent. He gave us competitive quotes, explained coverages and pricing, and got us a great deal. We have several of the State Farm products through him and are very pleased. James Trammell is wonderful. He answers our inquiries quickly and effectively. Alex Post - State Farm insurance is the best insurance company as far as I know. I'm just so amazed with their professionalism and work ethics. I been with them for almost 3 years now. Every time when I call for anything they are always there for me. They never tried to raise the rate on me at any time I was them and that make me so happy, but Allstate in the other hand did that to me and my friends.

I had a great experience with Alex Post State Farm! I worked with James Trammell on an auto-refinance and it went perfect. I also had James give me a quote on auto insurance and I switched to State Farm saving me around $200/yr. I usually don't give reviews on Google but Alex and his team deserve a good review. No up-selling and hassles like other insurance agencies. Good work Alex and James!

Incredibly pleased having recently switched to State Farm for my auto insurance. Boy am I glad I decided to take up the offer for a free quote. Even more relieved that I didn't get the anticipated SALES call. Instead I spoke with Jacob Morales who provided reasonable, no nonsense expertise with an easy transition. I now have auto PLUS apartment insurance for the same price! Thanks Jacob from State Farm for being THERE!
