The guy that checked me in was Very professional and friendly. It’s nice to see a smiling face when you walk into a place to do business with. I needed a windshield replacement and my insurance agent had Only 1 Auto Glass reach out for assistance. From the moment I called, Lance was so professional, helpful, quick and provided excellent service from start to finish. They were able to get me scheduled the following day and even had someone come get my vehicle from my job as a courtesy! They say bad news travels fast. Unfortunately, I have been one of those people who are quick to leave a review for services I was disappointed in or services I would never buy again. However, my experience with Only 1 was nothing short of amazing. I originally scheduled to bring my car in to get my Windshield replaced but due to transportation issues I wasn't able to bring it in. I contacted Only1 through their chat feature on Google on a Saturday and to my surprise I got a response on a Sunday from Tanner. Let me remind you that they are technically closed on Sundays, however that did not prevent

Our van was vandalized and they broke two windows. My insurance wouldn’t cover it so I had to pay to replace them myself. Everyone I called quoted me around $700. I called Only 1 and it was nearly half the… price! They came out two days later and replaced the windows and they look and work great! The guy who fixed them was very nice and quick! I’m so happy with the experience. They really made a horrible situation much easier on us. Thank you!

Technician (Brad) somehow bent my fender into my car. I now can't even barely open my car door because it's so messed up. The technician told me it's because I have an old car. He was clearly leaning very hard on my fender and he also told me it was a difficult windshield to replace (used a lot of force). Brad also left his own power tool on top of my engine and slammed the hood on top of it. I watched the whole thing and this man denied it until the end. I have been in contact with the company (Diane) she had been polite so far and they will be sending someone to look at my car

Garage door CRUSHED my windshield Wednesday.....called to see if they could get me in....mobile service?... Scheduled me for 8a the next day!! The Tech called to say he'd be there in 10 minutes. Called when he got there to let me know he was starting. There were little shards of glass across the dash and some in the passenger seat.... He got them ALL!! He was gone in about 45 minutes, just left the receipt on the seat!! Fast. Professional. Friendly. Great work! I used this company four years ago when a vandal broke the two side windows.....why I chose to go with them over the six companies
