Critical: Professionalism
I liked this place but Alesha has cancelled my appointment twice running now same day as appointment. Gave her benefit of doubt first time and waited four more weeks for a Saturday appointment. My hair is now a mess and she cancelled today as she is out of town. Won’t be going back. Very unprofessional.

I’ve been coming here for a year now and I always have a great time. Most places want to rush men’s cuts, but not Jamilyn, she’s awesome! She took the time to make sure before that we were clear on how I wanted my hair cut. She also trimmed and shaped my beard, which is not easy to do! I was very impressed!!

My 14 year old son went there for a haircut yesterday, January 23, 2018. I called and made an appointment for 4:30pm with Karen. My husband took him for the appointment. When they got there, she had 3 people in the chair and only 1 stylist..Karen. My husband called and said they had been waiting over 45 minutes and were about to leave when my son was finally put in the chair. When I got home, my son had received honestly, the worst haircut of his life. It was super short on one side, super long on the other side, and the front of his hair was cut at a 45 degree angle. Wonderful people [staff]......and each one there who has done my hair has been great. I use Karen mostly when I go, but the others do wonderful work. I get a color and cut. ~~~~ Price is slightly less than some places, which is a plus, but more than the "fast food" of hair cut places. You know the ones! ~~~ So for me, the price is right.
