I need to communicate the salon's stance on the reopening of businesses in Georgia. At this time, I agree that it is too early for maximum exposure and reckless business practices. I also agree that this pandemic has created a financial shift for many small businesses, such as my own. The way that I value my clients has no boundary or limit, I have and will always go the extra mile to protect and empower all of my clients.
All appointments will be spaced out to provide ample time for cleaning and disinfecting to take place. Both myself and the client must wear a face mask during services, except as It would impact the delivery of the service. Clients will be asked to sign a waiver that acknowledges and confirms they do not have the virus, have not traveled internationally, and do not and have not had direct exposure to victims of the virus.

Natasha has a passion for excellence! Over the past 10 years, I've continued scheduling appointments with Natasha and I've become more and more grateful for the ability to relax in her chair, knowing that my hair is in the hands of someone who is not only a very talented stylist but someone who also values (and has the ability to grow) healthy, natural hair! I have come here about 4 times now. And everytime has best fabulous! Treneice silk press my hair. I love getting back to how healthy and long my hair is. My hair last for weeks and is fresh. No need for weave. I love it. I would highly recommend these ladies They are professional and quick.

I worked with Treneice for a silk press and had a great experience. I loved the time she took with my hair and her personal touch. I have always liked a completely straight silk press, but she added these beautiful soft curls that I still can't get over! My hair feels amazing, and my mom is pleased!
It's important to note that she uses this incredibly hot and small straightener versus the typical hot comb. I was worried, but I gave her all my trust and was rewarded! Also, I booked through ClassPass, and she made it easy to use my credits and receive my service.

So excited I found this salon! Professional from the time I called to the time I left. Treneice was fantastic and such a wonderful personality. Used the pictures I sent to give me what I was looking for and asked before she cut more off. I will be coming back again in the future!

Rassalyn met with me on a Sunday for a free consultation. She gave me great information about my hair. I scheduled an appointment two months later - she remembered me!
She gave me a nice color and cut. I loved it.
She is very professional, she listened and gave me exactly what I asked for.

The salon is clean and spacious. Traniece is very nice and professional however, she did not handle my thick, soft, 4C coils properly by refusing to brush and comb starting from the ends to the roots resulting in ripping and tearing up my coils. Rassalyn attempted to correct her technique but Traniece insisted my need for a trim was to blame. As much as I would like to return, for the health of my hair I cannot.

I absolutely hands down recommend Xclusive Hair Studio for your hair. My experience was pleasant, safe and relaxing. The ambiance of the studio salon is upscale with the latest modern furnishings. I received great service along with instruction on how to care for my hair. That's what it's all about! #Hair

I found this Salon by doing a Google search for salons open on Sunday near me. I sent a message through Google and she was able to see me almost immediately. Stylist and owner Rassalyn was very professional and did a fantastic job on my hair. I got a wash, ends clipped and silk pressed. I'm very happy with the results and I will be using Ms. Rassalyn"s service at Xclusive Hair Salon again.

This review is so overdue. Ms.Rassalyn is the best. I pick a style I did not know anything about. To make a long story short. It was so beautiful, but with in a week it was a hot mess. I call Ms. Rassalyn and she ask me what was wrong. She then welcome me to come in on a day she did not work to make sure correction was done. When I arrive we went over details on what I really needed. And i end up getting what she requested at first. She was not upset . I walk out so happy and still happy. When something like this happens most people would have a nasty attitude and they just don't care.

I was so EXTREMELY disappointed!! When I arrived, there was no one to greet me and there were clearly stylist in different areas of the salon. Only one unlicensed stylist was working on a client (I know this because I asked her title directly and questioned her certification). There were other stylist in a closed door meeting and yet another stylist just standing around pontificating (very loudly) about her future plans and dreams of doing other things in the hair industry. But at no time was there a real acknowledgement that a new customer had arrived for an afternoon "scheduled" appointment

Can I say, SLAY, SLAY, SLAY, SLAY! I love this woman and her skills! I have been a loyal client since I moved to GA in 2000. Have followed Rassalyn and have only once in all the time going to her have allowed someone else touch myself (I regretted that). I drive approx 1 hr for her services only. She did my wedding party's hair (traveled to Myrtle beach) and has done my daughters hair since age 7. I can walk into her salon with no idea of what I'm looking for and just let work her magic. Not once have I ever walked out unsatisfied. If EVEVR I had an issue she was a phone call away

When I moved to Atlanta from Charlotte I had no idea where to go for my hair. Not to mention I was transitioning from perm to natural. Xclusive Hair Studio & Spa saved the day! I was introduced to Rassalyn by my best friend and the rest is history. The stylist are professional, creative and are abreast of the latest techniques. Kudos Xclusive!!

Since moving to Atlanta a year ago, I haven't let anyone touch my hair. Until now. Tia was amazing from beginning to end. I booked an appointment online from their website which was super easy. The salon was easy to find, plenty of parking on Main Street. I was started very soon after I walked in. Tia was super nice and a great… conversationalist. She even gave me tips on my hair! I was shampooed, got a conditioner, a silk press and a trim all for an excellent and fair price (no price changes from what was on the website!).
All in all, my hair feels amazing and I will be back

This place is a most welcome "happy accident" kind of find! I was walking down Main, looking for a place to trim my shaggy locks during my business trip; the staff was so friendly and welcoming and was able to accommodate my last minute visit.
I wish I lived here so that this could be my regular salon.
Rassalyn was courteous, professional, friendly and highly skilled. I left with the cut that I was looking for at the time and price that worked for me. Mahalo! I look forward to my next visit.

Ras is a life saver. I recently went natural using the 'system' which is fantastic for those looking to transition from a relaxer. I tried to blow out my own hair last night (Sunday) and it was a disaster. I just really didn't know what I was doing. I texted Ras and she told me to come in first thing Monday morning so that I could still get to work. It was her day off. My hair looks great and I've received compliments within minutes of walking into work. Thanks Ras for everything!
