I was impressed from the moment i walked in. The receptionists, Tori and Michaela were the true representatives of courtesy and care. For me, services began at the front door! My stylist, Rochelle was exceptional with her skills and professional and honest assessment of what my hair needs. I appreciate and respect that. The shampoo services were excellent as well. The staff were friendly, and attentive. I enjoyed my experience completely. I have already booked a return for next month. I hope Rochelle will be available. Thanks to all for what you do!

After looking for a new stylist that could meet my needs, I found this salon online. I was looking for someone that could revive my hair because I was at the point that I was about to shave my head. I called in and was scheduled with Crystal for my first appointment. Crystal was very nice, professional and educated. She explained the process well and was very satisfied. I immediately noticed a difference in my hair, there was almost no shedding and my hair had life once again. I recommend Nouritress salon the staff is welcoming and knowledgeable.

Customer service is unmatched here. From the moment I walked in til the moment I left, I was treated with high regard. Today was my 1st day visiting this salon and will not be my last. My stylist was Kia and when I tell you she slayed my hair.....OMG! I got a relaxer, protein,and steam treatment. My hair look and feel so amazing. I needed this so bad. I don't think I am ever going anywhere else! When I got out of the chair, the other clients and all of the stylists were commenting on how beautiful my hair looked. Made me feel like I was on the red carpet or something lol.

From the moment I exited my car, I was greeted with genuine warmth. Check in was easy and pleasant. Offered warm beverages. Virtually no wait. Crystal came out to greet me and Christina promptly took me back for a thorough wash. I mean she DID NOT give up until every drop of oil that weighed down my hair was removed. She explained the products and had great conversation.
Crystal was ready for me without delay. She trimmed and styled my natural hair with perfection. Her technique is gentle and focused on hair health. She didn’t burn my scalp with a high heat blow dryer and flat iron. She recommended

Tyrone and the owner are very knowledgeable in what they do, and handle each patient with kid glove's based on individual needs.

My experience was amazing. It was my first time there and it went better than expected. I spoke to Tori on the phone and she was very welcoming and knowledgeable. I appreciated Rochelle for scheduling me on such short notice. I was given world class service by the entire staff. Raven shampooed my hair and she explained in great details every treatment provided for my hair care today. Rochelle chose an awesome color for my hair that really highlighted and brought out my skin tone. I will definitely be returning because their professionalism is unmatched.

The entire experience was positive. From booking my appointment to my arrival and time in the chair. The appointment started in time and ended in time. Val was patient and eager to discuss my hair loss history. I would suggest the procedure to anyone experiencing hair loss. Weave and Wigs are not the answer - you have the opportunity to get it right and make your hair better and this is the best start

Everyone very friendly! Stylist said she put semi permanent color on my hair but according to a friend who is a master stylist , it would not have taken my hair out !
The smell was like ammonia and she insisted it was not permanent color. Long story short, I had to cut all my hair off. Beware- all sales are final which means the stylist messed up and there is nothing you can do about it. They said if I would have come back they would have corrected the issue. Are you kidding??!!! Very nice environment to have your hair done in. Hope everything works out for the next person- I tried to support

First time here very friendly nice spot crystal was very helpful and nice took good care of me and I'm very nervous,anxious to see the process of the treatment for the thinning of my hair we see how it goes hopefully this does it.
