Mark was a great help! It was a great buying experience today at Vespa Marietta. Didnt plan on buying one today but couldn't resist after Mark told us all of the unique things about the Vespa brand. For example, it has a pressed metal unibody. Less chance of things rattling. It's not unusual to put tens of thousands of miles on a Vespa. He sold 4 the day I bought mine (as of 2:30). They are more expensive than most scooters but they hold their value better as well. They are very knowledgeable and generous with their time in explaining the unique attributes of the brand. If you are looking for a new Vespa, then Im sure that you will find what you are looking for, as far as used Vespa's, Ive purchased two from this dealer and my advice is to RUN, save yourself a lot of stress and deceit from some master manipulators. . . Missing keys, disconnected odometers, spray painted body frames, $100 an hour labor charges, ZERO accountability, aggressive conversations, condescending attitudes, in the last six months, I spent $4100, on a 2009 GTS, $3500 purchase, and then originally they asked me to pay $800 in repairs less than 4 months after purchasing the bike, and I had

I got my Vespa here. I have owned many scooters in the past 20 years and Marietta Vespa is the best service. Mark is a great guy. I like the new location but preferred the original cause it was closer to my house. But the new one is growing on me. Thank God this place is good cause I really do not have much of a choice for my Vespa and Genuine service. They do things right here and these guys all really seem to care.

I can't express how much I appreciate the staff and service at Vespa Marietta. Mark was super helpful and honest and Tyler was absolutely amazing. I live in Alpharetta and they are definitely worth the drive. We took my sons moped over and the next day it was ready to go. I was very excited to buy my new Vespa here. At 400 miles I brought it back for the first oil change. I reported a very soft front brake, and a noise in the transmission. I was told that they would have checked both. When I came back they told me that the front brake was normal “this new vespa does that...”, and the transmission noise was ok, nothing they could do... now, I’m a mechanic, I checked the front brake myself, and found the biggest air bubble ever... no wonder if was soft.. it took me 5 minutes. Also, according to an Italian Piaggio forum online, the squeaky noise in the transmission

I have bought 2 Vespa Primavera Touring from Marietta Vespa in three months. Their prices has been the best that I could find. Robert is easy to work with and He delivered my last scooter to Tampa Florida. The first scooter I bought I took the Greyhound from East Tennessee to Marietta and they help prepare to ride it home 250 miles. The last one I bought over the phone, paperwork sent to me by Fedex. For me they were great to work with. Can not mention their service department as I have not taken it back. Highly recommended.

My daughter and I had to drive over 2 hours to get here to get her Vespa serviced and it was worth every mile and minute. What a great experience! Gerald is incredibly knowledgeable and Robert is too! They had a cancellation that day so they fixed her Vespa while we waited! We went and got some food and when we got back they were all done! Both guys checked the Vespa by taking it for a drive to make sure it was all ready for her. Then they helped us load up the scooter onto our trailer and even loaned us some straps (and taught us how to strap it in right!). Keep in mind this was, at this point

WOW what an amazing experience! We purchased a Genuine Buddy 125cc scooter on 9/13/2013 and couldn't be happier. When we first arrived Rick welcomed us with open arms. He walked us down to the Vespa shop where we were then introduced to Floyd. Floyd and Rick took the time to find a scooter in our price range, fit us with all of the appropriate safety gear, and educate us on what the different models had to offer. I was so impressed with the level of knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy that they both displayed.

I can't say enough about this business! I recently bought a scooter here, and was really impressed by their customer service. They seemed to genuinely care that I found the scooter that was just right for me. It never felt like they were trying to sell me on something that was too much for what I needed just to make an extra buck. They offered me lots of info and advice, and were incredibly patient with my indecision and lack of scooter experience. If you're in the market for a scooter, do yourself and a favor and buy here. I don't know if the tech is *only* trained on Vespa/Piaggio product or what, but when I took a rough-running 150cc Asian scooter in it was an expensive disaster.
First off, "the scooter tech" (only one?) was off for a couple days, which I was told *after* I had unloaded the bike and rolled it into the service area.
Second, nobody ever called me. Ever. I called and left a message after 8 days, then had to call back until I finally caught "the scooter sales guy" (only one?) who told me that my bike was "as ready as it will be."
Final straw? Supposedly the
