I had a great experience buying a motorcycle from WOW! Mike was my sales guy, and really made sure that the motorcycle was ready to ride. He even helped me load the bike onto the trailer and get it safely strapped down. The motorcycle was clean, gassed up, matching set of Michelin tires on it, no leaks, all lights working, etc. The staff was personable and polite, without be pushy, which I found to be a refreshing change from some of the other dealers. Without hesitation I would recommend WOW to anyone looking to purchase a motorcycle.

I visited Wow motors this week and had a surprising experience. I dropped my friends soft tail Harley in the parking lot. I managed to only chip the end off of the clutch. Jason was very helpful in making me feel at ease. He also assisted me in finding a replacement. Travis was the technician. He found the right fit and replaced it in a timely manner. I couldn't have dropped that bike in a better place. Thanks guys for your outstanding help.

Wow Motorcycles in Marietta GA is a great place with great customer service! It was absolutely great working with Jason in the service department, he was exceptional! Craig work with him on my bike and they had my bike done in less than 30 minutes and it was looking, sounding and running like new again! All I could say was wow! Great job fellas! Very pleased!

I love WOW. The instant I walked in I felt welcome and comfortable. I had no knowledge of bikes or even riding and was just curing a curiosity. WOW is where I got my very first motorcycle. I was nervous, so were my parents as we've never had experience with motorcycles. The staff was incredibly welcoming and introduced me into the world of motorcycles, even calming the nerves of my family. Now I'll be getting my 2nd motorcycle. I have been dreaming of owning a bike since I was in 6th grade and I am now currently the owner of an amazing CBR300r because of WOW. Wow is right! Amazing customer service in the rental and sales department. This store is spotless and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful on all accounts. My husband and I flew in from out of town to rent a motorcycle. We were picked up at our hotel and driven to WOW to pick up our spotless bike. Brian bent over backwards accommodating our every need to get on the road. And Isela found a brand new visor for my old Shoei helmet. What a score!! Where to start? Saw a bike I really wanted from them on CycleTrader on a Saturday. Called them as soon as they opened to confirm it was there. When I had the time I hauled butt to the dealer and saw it was still there later in the day. Spoke to Mike about buying the bike. He made an offer on my bike which was decent and confirmed I wanted to move forward with the purchase. Gave Mike my info and he told me that someone would call me TUESDAY to discuss the deal. I just bought a Roadliner from them, and I am a diligent dude when it comes to spending my money. Mr Watkins showed me around, patient. Sooo patient, because I am climbing on every and his knowledge was on point of everything I touched. He handed me off to Ricky and we quickly reached a price I liked. I came in recently for a side stand replacement on my 2016 Zero DS and was fortunate enough to enjoy a demo ride on the 2020 Zero SR/F. The sales team and the staff are very cool. It's seems they were very happy to get rid of the 1996 Yamaha Vmax1200 I just bought with only 8k miles on it. The big problem is that this bike runs so rough I cannot believe any service was done on it prior to handing it over to me. They probably did change the battery but nothing else. It idles so rough that it seems like it's misfiring. Once it's at speed it runs ok but in first or second at low rpm I get jolted forward by an extremely out of tune (or whatever the issue is) engine. Very disappointing first time purchase with WOW

Just bought my 1st bike in 20 years. Glen and his staff were very kind, knowledgeable and patient with me and my wife and our 10,000 questions. I was initially a little leery because every bike that I had before I had gotten from a dealership in Macon where I know the owner. However these guys quickly put me at ease. No high pressure sales tactics and a huge selection of bikes and accessories. They even delivered it free of charge to my house 70 miles away.

Bought the bike Mike Putney was my sales guy, deal was ok. I am neutral in recommending. I do not know the area or competitors for other buying options there. Sales was ok, but not terrible. Service was the same, ok, not terrible. I am neutral, could go either way for anyone else.

I have to admit to being wary of purchasing a bike from here based on previous reviews and the general "feeling" I had gotten on previous visits.
