Wooly's changed the way I view dealerships. I've always gone to independent shops to get my BMW bikes serviced. Some have been really good. Some have been really bad. I purchased a used '02 1150GS a few months ago and it needed some work. I was immediately impressed when Eric the service manager promptly got back to me and booked an actual appointment. After years of dealing with flakes that don't return calls and weird egos, it was a breath of fresh air. Wooly's shop is spotless and the staff technicians carry themselves like professionals. The service department is first rate. Eric was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. I was given a solid appointment date (not "Well ... we can put you on a list and maybe call you when your name comes up"... like I heard from another dealer) GRRR!
I got the bike back in a couple of days and it runs perfect. It was also as clean as it was when I gave it to them. (And I do have a showroom clean 14 year old bike). That tells me that the mechanic takes pride in his work. No greasy hand prints anywhere. Looking around the shop it appears very clean and all the employees

While having to make an appointment 2 months in advance, and another week and a half in the shop, I finally got my bike back. After seeing it and riding around for a couple of days I see why people are willing to deal with the wait issues. They really are amazing at what they do. I had a major 24K overhaul and a bunch of other issues handled (engine guard, new tires, heating connections, electrical issues with my Clearwater lights, solved and repaired, etc). It rides like a new bike and looks fantastic. Everything is working as it is suppose to. The service manager Eric, treats you like a friend

Just bought my first new motorcycle at Wooly's, a BMW R nineT. I still consider myself a novice rider, and the Wooly's staff treated me seriously and with respect. They answered all my questions and took lots of time with me while treating me seriously as a rider. Jenni, Rick, Mason, and the team were with me every step of the way through shopping, financing, and outfitting my bike, and they struck a great balance of guidance and no-pressure. Rick went over all the features of my new bike before I left the property. And I haven't even mentioned the fact that they had my dream bike

I recently had the opportunity to work with Rick and his team at Wooly's. It was an extremely pleasant interaction and everyone there was warm and friendly. A new friend of mine invited me to go to their demo ride day today and I thought bc if the cold temps it was going to be a bust today but it was anything but! We were able to each ride a couple of different bikes today and really came out on top with the door prizes and drawings both!
To say that we had a fantastic time today, nice breakfast and BBQ lunch setup, as well as impressed with all the bikes they carry - especially their new KTM section - would be an understatement!
Not sure about the service side with all the negative reviews but everything else was great and everyone was super nice

I just did business with BMWMA again! And it was just as good as the first time. Bobby, Rick and Jenny will take great care of you as will Bill in service. They have a great selection of used bikes as well. I really enjoy working with a family run dealership with stand-up people and that's what you will find here.

Most all of us motorcycle riders pay special attention to whom we have our bikes serviced. For the past 2 services at this dealership, my bike has been improperly serviced. I definitely will not be taking my bike back here.
On a good note the people working their are friendly and the dealership itself is really nice. They also corrected what needed to be corrected however incompetence with servicing motorcycles is unacceptable to me.

I have a Multistrada 1200S that had an problem with the key fob sync that made my bike appear dead. I took it to the other local Ducati dealer and had TERRIBLE service. They took 2 weeks to "fix it", by yreplacing the main computer. It later (4 months) had the same problem again. Since, I had another bad experience with my sons Penigale 899 at that location so I decided to try this shop. Within 30 minute the tech (a mister Troy King) determined that there was nothing wrong with the circuit board as the other dealer had stated but rather that the key fob's battery was low. He also

Unfortunately, it takes getting the owner involved to get decent customer service out of the service department. Communication is very poor and so is the scheduling. Additionally, I do not feel the service department gave my bike the proper attention it deserved. My 2012 Ducati Monster went in for the 7500mi service and came out with problems. In fact, the bike wouldn't even start up for me to ride out of there. While trying to get it started, the service department treated me like I didn't know how to properly start my bike. It made me feel a bit better when they couldn't get it
