I always go there usually ,Ana is the one who does good job . I got my nails (SNS)done today May 6th, 2021 and have bad experience .Initially the shape was not right and the other girl talked like I have committed a crime by saying that the shape doesn’t look good on my hands , then the nails are not smooth at all very thick and uneven surface .I am not at all satisfied. I will recommend them with reservation.

I really wanted to give this place a chance and have gone here multiple times. Every time I walk in (I’m AA) it takes them a moment to greet me vs when a non poc come into the store they automatically greet them. Looking through the comments I see that I am not alone. With that being said I won’t be back and will go where I/my money is appreciated.

I've been getting sets for the better part of 15 years, this was My first visit here, Ana and Maggie did such a phenomenal job, great care and concern for nail heath overall, attention to detail, professionalism like I've never seen, even when a customer caused a scene, these ladies remained cool calm and collected. I've never been so happy with my nails. And I will never go anywhere else.

My first time I went to the salon was Monday or Tuesday 6/4 or 6/5 and to begin with I was super please I went in for a mani /pedi, and the tech worked on my feet for over an hour. I was there for a total of about 3 hours for both services. Paid $85 not including tip. But it was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Now the manicure on the other hand looks worse than the one I came in with and it was pretty bad but I had been there for so long I just let it go. But here we are not 4-5 days later and I’ve had 2 nails pop off. I will be calling to get this resolved as soon as they open tomorrow.

Got a simple gel mani. The woman was pretty rude to me for the majority of the time, except for when it came time for me to pay. She then stared me down as I filled out the tip portion of the receipt. Afterward, I looked at my nails and realized there were multiple clumps of some sort on quite a few of them, and I the amount of nail polish on my cuticles was more than there would be if I would have just done them myself. About a week after getting them done, there are multiple cracks in the polish and pieces already starting to peel up. I would say I’m not very satisfied

I usually don't leave reviews for places unless it was really bad, but my experience at Bella's today was so far above average, I had to. My cousin and I got the Luxury Pedicure and it was worth every cent. I went in with some very rough looking feet and when i left they were baby soft. And we got so many treatments for only 32 bucks! There were like 3 massages involved, it was great. Very impressed! I will be going back!
