I hate to be that person because this was always my go to salon, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. My finger was cut open during my nails, and Tracy did not acknowledge the cut, my boyfriend was cut as well during a basic pedicure. When I asked to speak to a manager, they were hesitant and told me “Sometimes this happens” and tried to show me her hand, though hers was not as severe. I have never had any salon cut my finger like this. It has been 2 days and it hurts to lightly touch anything. They told me to put neosporin on it and a bandaid. While trying to reassure me that

We received a warm greeting by lovely, professional people. We were in a group and had different services, but they took the time and trouble to keep us together. It's a lovely salon with very kind people; and my pampered feet have never looked prettier!! Highly recommended!

Just had a set of acrylic nails done for myself and my daughter, they were not busy at all, but rushed to finished my daughter... didn't want to hear it when she was trying to explain that the nails they were glueing on were not the right size, did a terrible job on both sets. Tried to speak to them about the nails being crooked , looking messy and shaped incorrectly with polish lumpy and they didn't want to hear it. Tried to ignore the past reviews and give them a chance, now I have to find a place to fix the mess tomorrow and pay twice. Will never be returning.

Long story short. Went there to get fills on my nails. Wanted them shorter as well, technician cut them too short at first(basically to my own grown out nail length that had the tips on) After I said they are too short she put on NEW tip to an OLD one! Without removing it or anything.... Who even does that!!??
I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she said that it might not be a good idea to do dip. I figured since she's the professional I'll leave it up to her to determine the best technique. We'll what I wanted initially didn't work out becuse I simply didn't like after she did 2 nails.

Amazing service, very professional, sweet, she fixed my nails from another place lol. I recommend doing everything. We made an appointment for 3 people mani and pedi at 5:30. 2 people in our party showed up at 5:30 and 1 at 5:36 (i know because i received a call from her when she walked in and it's time stamped...). Upon arrival, I confirmed we had 3 appointments booked and explained our third party would be a couple of minutes late. We were seated immediately and they started on a pedi. Have been several times with my mother and sister since it is near our home. It is always hot or miss depending on who you get to do your mani/pedi. My sister has a terrible experience with a male nail tech as the owner ducked her head and pretended she didn't know what was going on, so she has never been back. My mom loves Martha as she is a wonderful nail tech and person so I go from time to time when I take my mom. Sometimes it good and sometimes it's bad. All depends who I get and who is working on the days I go in there.

I called ahead for an appointment and they told me to come right on in. It took about 30 minutes before I was sent back to a chair. The water was filled and jets swirling, so I enjoyed the massaging chair while I waited for my technician. You sign in at the desk and can request a specific technician or just wait for the next available. The waiting area was pleasant with a seating area and TV but the TV was off that day. There is a Pepsi vending machine if you want a cold soda. The nail working area is very large for both manicures and pedicures but there were only a few technicians working

I use to frequent here, however the last trip I will ever make was made a month ago. We waited an hour and a half for a pedicure one night because a larger party came in before us. They offer gel nails, powder dip, waxing- the works. The girls are nice there, but the most recent service just wiped all that right out the door. I will never return, and Maya Nails opened up not even 5 minutes away who has given me far better service.

This place is awful. Nail tech Volam (man) was very rude, he rushed through doing my nails, it hurt the entire time. When I told him he got an attitude and pushed my hand and said "you moved and I said don't move.", which I didn't. He left bubbles in my nail. Will never go again and I would strongly advise no one else to. Awful place very rude and the owner Lily was sitting beside the nail tech and didn't say anything towards his behavior.

I made an appt for 1:30 and ended up getting there 10 minutes early. The tech that I had requested took the woman that walked in before me without an appt. She said I was early. I sat there for 30 minutes while she worked on the other woman. I got up and put my shoes on and she knew I was mad, she came and said she would help me now. I refused and left and will never go back.

I have been here 3 times (over the past 3 years )....the first visit being well over a year ago - I had a great experience then. But more recently I was very disappointed. They rushed through my gel manicure and now, 24 hours later it is already peeling near the cuticles...after quickly filing my nails and trimming my cuticles she began the gel base coat without having me wash my hands. You could see the nail dust from filing stuck to the polish and all underneath my nail and around my cuticles. NOT impressed & I'm pretty upset I wasted $35 :(

We did NOT enjoy our experience! My husband & I went there for an anniversary pedicure. The appearance is beautiful & it is very clean. We got seated right away & the ladies doing our pedicure started out being very friendly until we told them we only wanted the regular pedicure (other than price we could not find anything worth the extra money). Those ladies, after making us feel bad about our purchase, very loudly & very obviously we're talking about us poorly. Aggravated that we were "being cheap" did a very poor job on our feet. I left a previous review where I gave them 5 stars but not anymore. After going there for several months I have experienced things that changed my mind. I have been getting the NexGen nails but as much as I love the powder they do not carry matching colors for toenails. I have had to ask for my toes to be redone each time. The last time I got powder nails Amy made a comment about having to redo my toes but I had told her the colors on my hands and feet HAD to to match. So when I came in on Thursday I brought my own OPI nail polish lacquer and asked for the tech to use that. I think her name was

Beware these people do not listen the woman lilly just cut my real finger nail off after i just told her not to. i had two tips that needed to be replaced and they were already taken off my two fingers. she picked up the clipper's and started cutting.
all other eight nails are my real nails with gel powder on them.
all i wanted was a gel refill you can't uncut somebody's real nail.
there's no way to fix that.
