I had an amazing experience at this salon. Lily is sweet and kind and she genuinely cares about every single person that walks into her salon and that means so much to me. I was in a crunch for a business trip I'm going on and Lily got me in to her schedule to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my nails. The design is beautiful and she made sure I didn't leave without a smile on my face. Her other nail techs are kind and thoughtful and welcome you with open arms. I was handled with care, and felt more relaxed than ever. Definitely recommend this place to anyone in the Greenville area

I made an appointment the other day after seeing all the great reviews for Nail Story, and I was not disappointed! Lily did an amazing job with the inspiration photos I showed her for my nails, and I am very pleased! I will definitely be going back to Nail Story again.

Check in process was new for me, but I liked that, it's more personable. What I like the most is it played the birthday song as I checked in, I felt special and I was greeted with a happy birthday from the young guy at the front of the shop, sorry I didn't know his name. (Birthday 12/23) The nail tech I had today was awesome and funny she made the experience even better, I wish I had her name, but I tipped her well, she deserved it.

I’ve been looking for a nail salon and came across nail story, after reading their reviews I was excited to make an appointment. Lily did not disappoint! I love my nails!! She was very kind and did an amazing job! I will definitely be booking with her again :)

My daughter and I had a nice time here. Philip did a great job on my nails and my pedicure was so relaxing. My daughter wanted her first set of acrylics but the nail tech (I did not catch her name unfortunately) advised that the gel was better suited for her young nails to help them stay healthy. I really appreciated that it seemed a genuine concern and not just another upsell. Her nails came out beautiful and I can tell it gave her a little boost of confidence. So cute!
The wait for me to go from pedicure chair to manicure station was quite long, though they were very busy. But even on a hectic

I made an appointment for 2pm and was there on time. The salon looked outdated and unclean. I checked in and waited for 20 minutes before being seated at a pedicure station that wasn't prepared. I again waited for another 5 minutes and when no one came to the station, I left. Apparently, this nail salon has too much business, can't honor scheduled appointments and wastes others' time. Don't bother with this salon.

They did an amazing job of giving me exactly what I wanted! Will definitely be going back. They were friendly and sweet. Highly recommend!

Best nail salon in Greenville! Everyone there is very talented and friendly and I’ve always been pleased with the quality of service I’ve received. This last time I was blown away. Phillip is the king of acrylics and did such an amazing job on my nails! They’ve never looked better.

I was looking for a new salon because I am new to town. I specifically made an appointment so I would not have to wait a long time once I arrived. I waited over 30 min.




The owner responded to my previous review and handled the situation extremely professionally and went out of her way to do my nails herself. She did an excellent job and I'm super happy with how they turned out!! I will be coming back to have her do my nails exclusively from now on!

Nail Story did an amazing job with all of the services they provided for me. I got acrylic nails with dip, top shelf pedicure, eyebrows, and my eyelashes done. They were attentive for each of those services! I loved how they brushed on the dip, it made the nails thin instead of thick, heavy nails. They were meticulous with the pedicure and with my eyebrows. This was the first time I got my eyelashes done and it was amazing. I loved the way they turned out! Everyone was very friendly and professional. The atmosphere was very relaxing and elegant. Definitely making Nail Story my go to salon!

Though we were seated later than ideal, the nails are beautiful!! Very worth the visit.

I went here on Saturday for a pedicure and dip manicure before I left on vacation. It has only been 6 days and I already have multiple chips in my pedicure! I also have lines that look like cracks in by manicure which has never happened to me. I'm very frustrated considering how much I paid, it would have been nice if they at least lasted the week I was at the beach.

I absolutely love Nail Story nail salon. I am new to thd Greenville area-so I didn't know of any places here to get my Mani and lash extension. I found this salon as it's extremely convenient to my new home. The ladies are all so sweet. Most nail salons the workers won't talk with you or be honest with you. Here was the total opposite, I felt really comfortable and enjoyed the experience. Inda the eyebrow tech is AMAZING My eyebrows are the BOMB! KB did my Mani and it is soooo adorable!! Lastly lily did my lash extensions and they are extremely neat and beautiful. Thank you so very

This place was recommended to me by my friends. We scheduled our appointments right at 9:30 because I heard that it gets pretty busy. My nails were done by Lily, and I am OBSESSED! These are the prettiest my nails have ever been. And her service was great. Lily is very talented and fast! Definitely recommend Nail Story (:

Such a wonderful salon. Everyone is so kind. The salon is clean and the prices are super reasonable. The best part is that the gel manicure is so well done and actually long lasting. Every manicure I've had has lasted over 2 weeks. Seriously worth checking out!

This was my first time at this salon, and I will quickly become a regular customer. Very happy with the service and outcome of my nails! The techs were skilled and meticulous with their work. The place was impeccably clean compared to most other salons I've been to. I had a gel pedicure, dip manicure and brow wax done. So happy to have found this place!

I have finally found my nail salon! Beautiful, clean interior and friendly nail techs with serious talent! I got a top shelf gel pedicure consisting of a sugar scrub, 10 minute hot stone massage, and a paraffin dip.. It was amazing. I also got a dip manicure.. Both look great! Everyone was so friendly and made me feel very welcome. Price point was awesome for the quality. I will be back... Often!
