Choosing a memory care community for a loved one is a difficult, emotional endeavor. From our first visit to The View at Pine Ridge, we were left with a comfortable feeling. The team at "The View" answered our questions in a friendly and knowledgeable manner that gave us confidence, especially regarding our financial questions.
I wake up every morning with a positive attitude because I get to spend the day with residents and staff who I care about and who care about me too. I get to bring a smile to people's faces every day. That's my job! The View at Pine Ridge staff and residents have welcomed me as part of their family!

The view at pine ridge is an awful assistant living home, I would never put one of my loved ones in here. Care givers abuse the residents mentally and physically and once brought up to administration, nothing is done about it. If you don’t care about your loved ones at all then the view at pine ridge is the place for you ! Not just a disgruntled employee... I’m just letting everyone know the truth instead of listening to the 5 reviews of people who all work there and of course will stick up for their job. Not everyone at the view is awful, just how everything is ran and handled is like dealing

Locally owned and operated with a family feel – you can’t get better than this.
Two big reasons this is my favorite place to work.
Number one – the staff. The team here is phenomenal. It’s like a big family and we all know families have their ups and downs, but these care practioners, nurses, and administration staff really care about the people that live – and work here. I pinch myself every morning wondering if I really get to be this lucky to be associated with such wonderful people!

HORRIBLE!!!! I am not one to write reviews let alone bad ones, I’ve been doing caregiving for several years and this is by far the worst....staff is like a group of high school girls who try and single people out and make them want to quit, the administrator could care less about your problems and sits and laughs as your heated trying to explain a work issue to him and they wonder why the turn over rate is so high?? Residents there get treated like children and do not get the proper care they are paying for!!! Could be because knew staff who have never been in this line of work DO NOT get trained

I have worked at many assisted living facilities and have never come across one that is as wonderful as The View at Pine Ridge! You feel at home here, the staff is kind and caring, and always willing to lend a hand! You can be rest assured that your loved one is safe and being cared for here! One visit, and you will see and feel the warmth!!

The Veiw at Pine Ridge is an outstanding place to call home for loved ones with memory and or assisted living help. My grandparents have recently moved in and they have never had so much socialization before they came here. They are very active with participating in activities and making new friends.

Five Stars for The View at Pine Ridge, voted #1 Business of the Year in Oconomowoc for 2016. The new building, The View at Pine Ridge II, promises to be the perfect community for assisted living and memory care! Continuing with the great amenities VPRI has to offer, VPRII will also boast bistro, indoor gardens and wonderful staff...a great addition to the Oconomowoc community!
