Since we have a jeweler available thru out the week we are able to offer same day ring sizing and jewelry repair as well as same day rhodium and gold plating. Examples of the types of jewelry repair we offer are: Prong repair, chain and bracelet repair, stone setting and replacing, Re-mounting, pearl and bead restringing, eyeglasses repair, cleaning and polishing and Custom Jewelery.

I highly recommend! Great communication, service and care of a very special ring. The ring was resized within 30 minutes. No need to send it out and wonder about its safe keeping.
I also had watch batteries replaced and resized. Reasonably priced. I will definitely go back to them in the future. Very convenient and customer service centered.

I had a Stainless Steel Necklace resized by this 'Jeweler'. First, the 'Jeweler' on duty told me that they would need to saw the links to remove them. I had to inform her that the links were pre-split by the manufacturer to facilitate their removal. The extra links were removed by the 'Jeweler' holding and twisting them between two pair of needle nose pliers. The necklace was returned to me with multiple scratches on the two adjoining links. The 'Jeweler' failed to use ordinary care and caused damage by using common hand tools in place of something more suitable
