Welcome to the new customer center for Dunedin Eye Care! We understand that your time is precious and that you need an optician who is professional, yet convenient for your lifestyle. In order to make the transition to our office smoother for you, we have created a New Patient Center with everything you need to get started.
The knowledgeable staff at Dunedin Eye Care is experienced in working with vision insurance providers. We will work directly with you and your vision insurer to submit claims regarding your vision care. We strive to ensure that you understand your insurance coverage and will answer any questions you may have regarding your benefits.
Dr. Coates and the Dunedin Eye Care team take routine eye exams very seriously. During a yearly examination, our patients will receive a patient history review, a series of vision and eye tests, assessments of eye focusing and movement, and an eye health evaluation. Dr. Coates will discuss any additional testing that may be required to diagnose an eye disease or condition.

So excited to find a really great eye care professional, along with an amazing staff! So friendly, helpful and professional! I actually can see after 2 years of wearing glasses from another eye care center that couldn’t get my prescription right! I highly recommend Dr. Coates and her lovely staff!
