SJ Vision Eye Care is pleased to offer a wide range of optometric services, eye care products including eyeglasses, specialty eyewear, frames, and contact lenses for all ages! Our staff is happy to help however we can. From your first contact with us to your appointment and your follow-up, we aim to make your eye care experience great.
The "physical" of your eyes should be performed yearly. Our eye examinations are more than just a glasses prescription. We evaluate the entire health of the eyes and can detect eye diseases that may cause permanent vision damage, something glasses or contact lens cannot fix. Furthermore, the eyes are a window to the overall health of the body and can detect systemic conditions such as high blood pressure and diabetes.
We want your visit to be as stress-free as possible. Our staff will do everything we can to make sure your experience is pleasant and convenient. Just called to make an appointment for my 4 family members, was told they can't make 4 appointments all at once because they have gotten burned so many times by people not showing up. I said ok, I will find someone who can accommodate my family. End of conversation. Sad because I really like Dr. Kuan

This is THE place to go to get affordable eye care! I just got insurance through my new job Oct. 1 and they took me as a new patient like a week later for an eye exam. The environment is so clean! Everyone is so friendly, and they really make sure you are taken care of! If you are looking for a new optometrist, check them out!!

I would have given ZERO stars. The experience was awful. We will never go back and intend on telling everyone we know what a rip off the doctor and her practice are. My mom needed her vision checked due to recent headaches. My mom is a self pay. She was charged $50 and it did not include a vision check and possible prescription change. What a joke. Who goes to the eye doctor for potential vision problems and no vision check done? It is ridiculous. John, the receptionist is not helpful at all and is very, very misleading. It was an awful waste of money and time. We do NOT recommend and will NEVER

My appointment on August 27th with Dr. Kuan was the worst experience I have had in a long, long time. Even though I thoroughly explained I was having headaches and needed to rule out eye strain, I was given and charged for a "medical exam" and not given a "vision exam". I was not given paper work with exam results, nor a receipt for my payment, as I was rushed disrespectfully by the staff.

It was my first time there ,but I was extremely pleased with the service and attention to detail! From the pre-exam to the Dr , who was thorough and efficient. Most importantly the optician who assists in choosing frames! I dread going to get new glasses as it seems impossible to pick one that you will be wearing everyday and be happy with your choice! This lady made it easy…. She suggested frames that fit, look good and would be practical for my personal use! Taking my mother in law there for her next exam!
