There is no one else I would go to for buying or selling a home. We sold our home with Kimo and he made the process simple and direct. He gave us valuable information about the market and resolved all of our concerns. We needed several services such as landscaping, minor repairs, and staging, all of which he had contacts for. The work was done quickly and beautifully. When we walked through after everything, the house was so beautiful that I didn't want to sell it. The real estate pictures are what sell a house in my opinion. I sold my home with Kimo Quance realty in 2020 and often show people my real estate pictures of my former home. The comments I get about how amazing the pictures are is wild. I even had several people ask if my home was staged and if that was a true sky in my outdoor photos.
