Had a fantastic experience with Marty of Orgel Realty. He was the most informative of any realtor I have ever interacted with. He gave information on questions I didn't even know I had. He took me through each part telling me the specific perks of the property, the history, and even the issues. He even expanded and gave information on the entire county! He was kind, charismatic, and funny. Highly recommend!

Made buying our fist home a wonderful experience. Spent lots of time with us reviewing all the details of the property, all of the user manuals left by the previous owner and the history of the property and renovations.

We have been working with Marty for almost 10 years now and it has been as smooth as can be. He helped us find our condo in San Diego, then became our property manager for it when we had to move. He is very reasonable with his cost and very professional. He was able to find renters very fast so we didn't miss a month. We are using him again to manage another property and his diligence and approach got us a renter in less than a month during the off season at the rate we wanted. Very rude and horrible dealing with people apparently.. Marty Orgel called me back about a house for rent just to tell me to go on his website.. I wanted to see it in person before applying, but I obliged. Went to his website, couldn't find the property. Called back, he sounded annoyed that I called and talked to me condescendingly telling me to click on the tab next to the one I clicked on. I told him it didn't sound like he wanted my business and that I just wanted to see the property. I finally figured out that the link I was supposed to click on only shows up on a desktop, not his mobile website
