They definitely have excellent maintenance!!!! (I worked in property managemthat'snot easy to find) Made a call regarding a pretty urgent maintenance matter & Levi literally was at my friend's door in less than 2 minutes!!! He resolved the situation quickly & efficiently! Displayed great customer service & professionalism

Village At Cascade Park Apartments is definitely one of the best places I’ve ever had the experience in working with. The leasing agents are very pleasant and very professional the experience is definitely very nice and the customer service is the Best in the Vancouver area. I’d recommend anyone interested and in the market for living in a great neighborhood and a great place to live in the meantime. You’ll not be disappointed in your experience and decision.

Not sure if they got new management or not given all of the previous negative reviews, but a I love living here. I moved in in May, move in was a breeze, my apartment was spotless. I didn't get to see my apartment before I moved in so I was pleasantly surprised how big the unit is (I'm in a 2 bedroom). My appliances are new and work great. My kitchen is gorgeous and I love the open layout and vaulted ceiling. No maintenance issues yet so I haven't dealt with that staff, but the office staff have been great. The grounds are clean, safe, and very well taken care of. It can be noisy in the early evenings
