Their website says "If you need a septic tank service of any kind, odds are Rendon Septic can handle it for you". However, when I called to have the lines located and for another simple task, I was told "We only pump the tanks". I can not speak for the quality of service past this, but I am rather upset at the outright lie on the website. That is not professional.

The guy that came out to drain my septic used my garden hose and sprayer, without asking me first. He stuck the sprayer into the septic tank and ended up tearing my hose in two. I have contacted the company trying to get them to replace the sprayer and the hose. I was told the owner is out of state and they will let him know. I have not heard from them, since I called them on Jun 1st. This is a completely unacceptable. It's less than $100 to replace the items they broke but they are too cheap to make it right. Do not do business with them. I will not ever again.

Our toilets were not flushing well so we decided it was probably time to have our septic tanks emptied out. Rendon Septic arrived right on time for our appointment and thoroughly pumped our septic tanks. This is our first time having a home that required this and the guys kindly explained to us what was going on and how to keep our system working well and they answered all of our questions. We did still have a problem with flushing after they left, but Cliff was kind enough to come back later that day and he worked on it until the issue was solved. Would definitely recommend this company!

A HUGE THANK YOU! When I called and spoke with Loretta at Rendon Septic I knew everything was going to be ok. We had originally hired a local company through Home Advisor and that turned into a nightmare. The other company stood us up for the first appointment without even a courtesy call. Our septic system failed this past Tuesday with no hope in… sight. I found Rendon Septic through Yelp and they had great reviews. I called Loretta on Saturday afternoon at 3pm in tears.
