Services
While inspection procedures vary from one brand of aerobic system to another, all aerobic systems require periodic inspection to insure proper function and ensure long life of the components. Additionally, your new aerobic system is required by the TCEQ to be inspected by a maintenance provider for two years.
Contrary to popular belief, septic tanks need to be pumped and cleaned out on a regular basis to ensure the proper function of the tank and to preserve the life of the aerobic system components or lateral lines. How often you should pump your tank depends on usage and is best determined by the number of people using the system.

I called this morning in search of septic tank pumping because our toilets and bathtubs were backing up.
Lisa was very helpful. Lisa and the guy that pumped the tank (don't remember his name) answered all the questions me and my husband had. Lisa even followed up with me after they were done pumping.
Definitely recommend, will be using again in the future.

My neighbor was having his septic system serviced, and I asked Rick if he could come over and take a look at mine since he was here. As a new owner, never having a home rig this kind of system before, I had no idea what to expect.
Rick was great (big time recommendation, ask for him) he was polite patient and explained everything taking the time to answer all of my questions.
End result - Rick did the job and even got the front office to waive the "trip charge" since he was already here.
If you are in their service area I'd highly recommend Rick! Good job!

We used KountyWide Septic, now Cleburne Septic, to pump out our tank in Cedar Hill. I was really surprised they drove all the way to our house but so happy that they did. It was a hassle getting the proper approvals from the City of Cedar Hill to get someone they approved out there to pump our septic. Lisa was so sweet and patient. The technician that serviced our tank was very knowledgeable and has many years or experience. He didn't try to talk us into getting an aerobic tank since ours is 35+ years. I truly believe that this company is not one who will try to empty your pockets and scam you
