I highly recommend this company!!
From the quick diagnosis, to running down electrical issues caused by the previous company, the professional installation of a brand new pump, and connecting new pvc plumbing, Matthew was the best we have come across in this field (no pun intended).
Also, Lisa (managing the office) was very prompt, courteous, and was patient to explain what needed to be done in detail, which resulted in NO SURPRISES during the subsequent repair.
KountyWide Septic/Cleburne Septic is definitely the one to call.

We used KountyWide Septic, now Cleburne Septic, to pump out our tank in Cedar Hill. I was really surprised they drove all the way to our house but so happy that they did. It was a hassle getting the proper approvals from the City of Cedar Hill to get someone they approved out there to pump our septic. Lisa was so sweet and patient. The technician that serviced our tank was very knowledgeable and has many years or experience. He didn't try to talk us into getting an aerobic tank since ours is 35+ years. I truly believe that this company is not one who will try to empty your pockets and scam you
