Services
Lindsey is a co-owner at Cooper's along with her husband, James. She primarily manages the vacation rental side of the business as well as owner relations. When she's not working you can find her traveling with friends or hanging out with her dog, Banksy. Doug is our head of Maintenance. He works mainly with our managed homes and coordinating our maintenance team to ensure healthy homes, especially in the winter months.
When you invest in a Park City home, you invest in mountain living and relaxation. However, the logistics of managing a second home from far away can feel like quite the opposite. Cooper's partners with second homeowners to make home management simple. We offer custom property management and preventative maintenance plans throughout the Park City and Summit County areas.
We've created our own managment software to help fellow property managers be more efficient and profitable by streamlining operations, increasing accountability, and providing transparency to their clients. Cooper's HOA Management, a Utah property management company, services a number of Homeowner's Associations in communities in and around the greater Park City area. The Cooper's team provides physical maintenance services to our properties, covering common area upkeep, snow removal, and long-term capital improvements.

We loved our stay at a beautiful, well appointed, fully stocked home in Deer Valley. Cooper's Luxury Home Collection was easy to work with. They were very accommodating with our schedule and quick to resolve an issue we had with the BBQ grill. We can't wait to stay there again.

Coopers rental may just the a management company for “luxury” rental owners, but they are also the face of the experience you have.... and it was NOT good. The rental we paid a lot for was showing a lot of signs of wear from the minute we pulled into the drive through a weed and uncared for yard. We had broken coffee pots, no steam shower (as advertised), most windows without screens (which windows have to be open in Utah in summer when you have 90 degree days and only get cool temps at night, when bugs love to fly into lit homes without screens), doorway screen unusable, etc... of which most

Excellent service!! Our group stayed at one of Cooper's homes for our annual ski trip. Their team was extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful. Everything from check in to check out was seamless. The information packet they provided was very helpful. We used their suggestion of Ski Butlers for equipment rentals, which was very convenient and saved us a bunch of time and effort. Thanks to the Cooper's team. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at two different Coopers Cabins homes the last two winters. Both times were great experiences. First year there were four of us, second year we had a very large group. We actually just came back this September with six people. No matter what season you stay in Coopers Cabins homes, it's truly a great time and the crew are super friendly and efficient.

We rented one of Cooper's Cabins homes for our Thanksgiving trip to Park City last year and James and Lindsey were so helpful throughout our whole stay. They greeted us upon arrival at the home and even left a lovely house warming gift. We had the most amazing vacation and will definitely use Coopers' Cabins for our future travels to Park City.

Cooper's Cabin has been managing our property in Cottonwood Heights (between the Cottonwood Canyons) for 9 months now, and we've had an excellent experience. They are friendly and efficient, relaxed yet with very high standards. They've addressed any problems with our property quickly and in a friendly manner with our guests. They are responsive to my requests and I feel that they are totally attentive to my property even though we are located 40 minutes from Park City. Doug is a gem, and so is Marin. James and Lindsey have picked an excellent staff. CC is easy to work with and completely trustworthy

Coopers Cabins has been outstanding to work with. James and Marin have been terrific in getting our house ready for people to rent it. From furniture to linens to hot tubs, they have helped out with everything ! They are friendly, and efficient to work with. Very well organized group. They also have an excellent multi talented maintenance person (Doug) .I would highly recommend them as a property managers.
