I'm not new to Promised Land Women's Center, however, this was my first time seeing Dr. Dennis-Crooks and my experience was AMAZING! She is so sweet and her bedside manner is incredible. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to teach and inform. You can tell she loves what she does and really cares about her patient's concerns. She took the time to listen to me and give feedback. My appt was easy and she was very proactive. Looking forward to seeing her again!

I have been going to this place for 18 years it is now under new management ! I am so sad that I have to find a new doctor, I got there at 457,my grace period ended at 455, I called them and let them know I was parking and I called to let them know I was on the way prior to, remind you I had to leave work early, they did not see me , nor reschedule me due to me being 2 mins past my grace period. They said I have several no call no show and their rules changed August last year, however, it is not notated no where in their office about this change. Horrible customer service

Please don’t come to this office, the worst experience, horrible customer service, just a complete waste, please read the reviews and find another OBGYN, this was the worst experience ever and there is no structure, very unorganized, and just overall very horrible . Dr McEwen and her husband caused me so much stress and so did the front office staff.

All I can say about this office located at Emory is the parking is crazy however this office staff is black excellence. The energy is always good every part of it is always clean and they are pretty much on top of things, even call backs are quick. I do rotate doctors which I would rather not because sometimes the information gets lost in translation however I do have confidence in every one that I do see as far as the level of care that they provide and I will definitely post it again after my delivery so far I am 4 1/2 months and I am very confident in their ability to help me see this delivery

Dr. Ware was awesome! I recommend her for all your OBGYN needs. The clinic was extremely clean and the wait time was short. Her nurse on staff was very personable and polite as well as everyone else in the facility. Dr. Ware addressed my concerns with patience, knowledgeable counsel and was very sweet and professional. She and her nurse deserve more stars if I could give them.

This place is . I only continue to come because of Dr. Chapman being such an awesome doctor. But he is no longer here and it sucks. Every appt I have to wait at least and hour to be seen. My time is just as valuable as theirs. This is totally ridiculous. My ultrasound today was scheduled for 1:20pm and the request you come 20 minutes ahead of time...well it's 2:08pm and I'm still sitting in the waiting room...waiting.
