Services
Local child care resource and referral (CCR&R) organizations help parents take the guesswork out of choosing care - giving them referrals to local child care providers, information on state licensing requirements, availability of child care subsidies, and other pertinent information. CCR&Rs provide guidance by phone, in person, and in other ways, such as internet, that are tailored to each individual family.
Community Child Care Solutions, led by the social teachings of the Church, believes that all children deserve the opportunity to develop to their fullest potential. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality of services to children, their families, and child care professionals through education, advocacy, referrals and access to financial assistance.
Welcome to the Human Resources section, your online source for information about employment at Community Child Care Solutions. We offer a competitive benefits plan to both full-time and part-time employees. Part-time employees who work 20 or more hours per week (1,000+ hours a year) receive life and disability insurance, retirement plan, employee assistance program, 403(b) tax-deferred annuity, and a generous sick and vacation plan.
We understand that all children and families are unique and are here to help you find a child care program that best fits your needs. There are many types of child care to choose from, and there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Choosing quality child care is one of the most important decisions you will ever make for your child.
Most child care centers with six or more children below age 13 must be licensed. They must meet basic standards for staff, numbers of children and space. In New Jersey, child care centers are licensed and inspected by the Department of Children and Families, Office of Licensing. To contact the Office of Licensing, call 877/667-9845 or visit The Department of Children and Families.

You need to make sure you have all of your documents together perfectly and make sure you have copies of everything. Do not go there unprepared. They can’t and won’t help you. They won’t make a copy for you or guide you very much. Once you submit everything you will get a response a few weeks later in the mail. Nothing was explained to me about the process and when I had questions it would take days, sometimes over a week to hear back from my case worker. I only heard back because I reached out to them again to make sure they received my initial email. Usually they do not answer the phone

Thank god Beth answered the phone when I called. She's the only one I'm always able to get through with. She's super professional and helpful, definitely seems to understand the struggle parents go through and goes the extra mile -which I'm extremely grateful for! 5 stars for her! They need more knowledgeable, helpful people like her because everyone else seems to just stare at their phones or want to pass you off to someone else.

When you call the staff is not helpful have bad attitudes .They don't thoroughly listen to you BEFORE they respond to your issue . And they pass you over to someone else without knowing exactly the reason why your calling .I just don't understand how someone can choose to be in a position to help ppl in need and they don't really want to or care for the people that need the help. Its really disgusting and I will take this to the highest level to have this issue rectified .

Unprofessional and don't care about you at all. Take forever to respond then lose your paperwork on top of that then have an "oh well" attitude about it.

Very helpful. The girls who answer the phone always help a little extra. Ive never had any issues except calling during lunch time.. Then you may have to call a few times to get thru, I suggest first thing in the morning or right after lunch time !

I've been to the office 3 times, and each time I've been greeted nicely and they have been very helpful. Their jobs aren't easy to deal with so many different types of people, problems, entitlements. Thank you for your help ladies
