Janet and Dylan make preparing will, trust, and medical documents easy. The documents around the trust were comprehensive, and would provide better guidance to an executor when compared to a previous trust I had set up. My only complain is the electronic copy is provided as PDF, not the original Word documents. I understand this is done to manage liability (client modifying without realizing the implications of their changes), but I still would have like to have the source documents.

My wife and I needed a revision of our will and estate plan so we consulted Janet Brewer, who was highly recommended by our real estate attorney. Our trust plan was seriously outdated and required a complete re-write, which Janet and team (Dylan and Rod) completed on-time and in-budget, which was a bit of a miracle since it turned out that our trust and estate plan had some interesting wrinkles that needed some careful ironing out! Janet and team communicated well, were responsive to emails and phone calls, and went above and beyond to accomplish our goals! Kudos to them all for their great help

Janet & her team helped me review & negotiate a disbursement agreement for an inheritance from my grandparents. The reviews sounded great, so I gave them a call. Always leery when a firm has an 800# as they may be too big to provide individual attention. The woman who answered the phone told me that they are $500 an hour and that it would be a 2-3week wait for a free consultation. She said we would have to fill out an "intake form" which they would review for conflict of interest. Sounded very bureaucratic and corporate. I never would have imagined that talking to a lawyer would be so pleasant. My husband and I drove over an hour to get to Janet Brewer's office after getting such great vibes from her during a telephone consultation. Meeting her in person only reinforced what a smart, quick, experienced, thorough lawyer she is. Yet she is remarkably easy to understand and personable. We just finished an engagement with Janet L Brewer in which she guided us through the process of replacing our 22-year-old wills and living trust with new versions. I can't think of anything negative to say. She knows estate law forwards and backwards, and was able to advise us that some of the ideas that we walked in there thinking that we wanted weren't the best idea.

I would totally recommend Janet Brewer to do your estate/trust settlement. My father passed away and had an attorney in place, who was going to charge the family estate over $19,000.00. We heard about Janet from a lawyer high school friend and contacted Janet for advice. She handled out entire estate in a little less than a year for less than $5,000.00.
