We contacted Alan regarding preparing an easement for a property that we were selling. After listening to our issue it was evident he was experienced in real estate law and he began work right away. Alan Nopar represented us in a contentious legal action against property owners and their property management company, with both represented by 2 attorneys each. After several legal gyrations/delaying tactics, the property owners, the property management company, and their respective insurance carriers agreed to an expensive legal settlement, that was very favorable to us. Our side won and the collective "other side" lost in a substantial way. Alan Nopar did an outstanding job, and I continue to seek his sage advice.
