Magic Hands Car Wash

I came in this morning to get an estimate for a full detailed clean .
I received 4 Prices:
Regular inside and outside premium $40
Regular inside and outside supreme
(With express wax ) $45
Outside inside with shampoo $130
full detail motor clean , wax , shampoo in all interior $280
I chose the $130 detail clean with shampoo but the boy at the welcome area asked me to erase it , it was wrong . $130 was only the shampoo inside and not a full clean with the shampoo, I was disappointed the information / prices , kept changing the more details he got about the RAM 1500 Classic I was driving

Honestly just terrible. I paid 100+ for my interior and exterior cleaning, the rims were done nicely and exterior was the bare minimum but the interior was horrendous. I asked for buffing to be done on the front of my car to remove some yellow paint it had. I came to check on it once it was “done” and they hadn’t even buffed anything, had to ask them do it even though i paid extra for them to do it. I came back to find all the dirt and bits i had asked to be removed still in the interior. Not worth the price at all.

By Far the Worst Managed business in All of MIAMI. Ownership needs to be more hands on staff just standing around Cars All the way to Bird Road. ZERO sense of urgency at all. Then to top it off I had to Vacuum my own car to finally leave after 2hrs.

We are from the DC area and had my sister-in-laws car washed today. This was the cleanest I have ever seen a car after a car wash. It takes about 30 min with no line and is completely worth it. We arrived at 8:45 on a Monday and had 2 cars waiting to initiate the wash phase and were done at 9:15.
The car looked immaculate. I even saw an attendant unpack gear from a hatchback, clean the carpet and replace the items as he found them. It was amazing!

Critical: Quality, Value
I paid over $200 for a full detail of my car and they left dust inside my cabin, streaks all over my car and bugs on the front bumper. The quality of the service was terrible. I was there for three hours and they still couldn't do a good job.

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. One it's over priced for horrible service. One they don't clean your car or even the wheels correctly. Left my rims all dirty even after i told them . My back bumper is dirty . Wouldn't come back for nothing at all even if they were the only ones open near by.

I paid 41 dollar for a wash and they gave me back the car with spot all over around. Any car wash machine clean better than this place. I cannot say anymore about the interior, but don’t bring your car here.

I came here on a Friday and it was somewhat busy... I like the whole concept that you stay in your car and they direct you. However what's the point in liking that concept when they leave your car dirty. They didn't even touch my rims and after looking at the reviews I'm not the only one who experienced this. You're better off going to a $3 brushless carwashes at the gas station for the same level of service.

Just took 2 cars to Magic Hands, a hardtop convertible and a 3-week old SUV. Paid over $90 including tips for both, Supreme package, to get extra vacuum, wheels, rain-x etc. both cars are still dirty. Convertible interior was not vacuumed - crumbs in seats - and not wiped down - coffee drops still on arm rests. Outside of both still dirty. SUV has… dirt spray on bottom outside wheel wells, rims filthy but armor all sprayed over dirt, roof not even washed, never cleaned under windshield wipers front or back, running boards not cleaned, water spots all over. TRULY AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I paid for my car to be FULLY detailed, inside and out. It took over 4 hours. Upon leaving, I inspected my car and it wasn’t clean at all. I called Magic Hand and they told me to bring it back the next day. I brought it back, and was told the general manager would come out at some point and speak with me but he’s “busy with other things right now.” After checking on the car multiple times, it was finally “clean” 2 hours later. This place need better quality control. Last time they could not take my phone number for their loyalty program. Today again they could not take my number. And I left without checking my car which was stupid. A poor job today. Maybe time to move on. ☹️

During the interior cleaning, they broke my radio knob which i haven't noticed right away when i got into my car. I noticed the damage when i was 45 min away and had to be at my appointment. I came back to the car wash after my appointment and spoke to Jaime about the damage. Jaime spoke to the owner, the owner not only refused to cover the… damage but he didn't had the curticy of calling and explaining his reasons. When I called Jaime today, he said I can speak to an attorney and they can take it up with their insurance.
MY ADVICE TO YOU IS: INSPECT YOUR CAR BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PERMISES

Manager Steven is not professional and overcharge client. Cleaning was horrible!
