Not sure what the negative reviews are about. Got my car tinted last week and had zero problems. Cleaned my car nicely and reasonable pricing too.
If the negative reviews are turning you away, I don’t think it should.

Extremely detail oriented (no pun intended!) Love their work, their courtesy and professionalism. They are busy, for sure, but they keep their projects in order and moving along.

This really is the best car wash in North Miami Beach. The staff is friendly and efficient. I got the monthly subscription and had unlimited washes per month. Can drive through a special lane and bypass the line. Can get my car through the wash within 3-5 minutes. I like that you also get your car hand dried at the end too.

Horrible horrible customer service!!!! Do not go here, website says "No appointment" necessary and when I got there to get my car detailed on a Saturday AFTERNOON they said they had no time!?!? I drove for an hour in traffic, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE, to be turned away and told "we didn't tell you to drive all the way here" Words can't even describe

Sad to leave such a bad review but was not satisfied with the service provided. Personnel was friendly and helpful but service is not good;
Left my recently purchased used corolla for an “inside detailing” service that included a full car cleanup, seat shampooing and also asked them to remove the old tint film from windows.
While I was satisfied with the tint film removal service ($100), the “inside detailing” ($180 for a Corolla) was very mediocre to say the least. I can tell Seats where cleaned because they were wet, but the don’t look as I would expect, overall the car’s dashboard

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

After taking my Land Rover Defender here to custom paint the calipers yellow, the job done was done very poorly. After speaking with Harold, I was advised he would be on top of it and take personal care of it from start to finish and be sure the job was done correctly the second time.

Needless to say it was not. There was paint on the rims, brake pads, and the bracket.

After trying to contact Harold again many a times, I received no response.

Went out there for my first time to paint my brake calipers. Wow what a store your one stop shop. They do everything from tints to repair rims to paint calipers, wrap you name it. Definitely great service like the ad says my car was done the same day. Would definitely go there again and recommend to anyone to go and check them out

I have been coming here on and off for years. The quality of the car wash is mediocre at best. Don't expect your windows to be clean and they will look clean since it is dark in the car receiving area when your car is done. Almost every time I come here I end up having to drive around the block and coming back since my windows are not clean.

Every time I would go back I was hoping the service would be better but it just never was. The last and final time is when they screwed up my car door and it would squeak but luckily you lease was coming up so I didn't have to deal with getting

I read about this place online . Called to owner and needed specifically to steam the inside of my S8. "$300 for exterior and interior detail with steam" gulp! But ok.

No steam not even very well detailed . Typical miami , volume not quality . Sucks !!! Oh well, expensive lesson learned.

Waste of money... spent $130 on something I could have done myself for $15 at El Car Wash... the interior detail was poor... found hair underneath the seats, my parking placard that I keep in between the seat and center console was crumpled up... nothing changed except the smell. Never again. Absolute waste of time and money.

These guys are crooks and scammers. I texted the number on the website which I found out was the owner. TWICE the owner told me there was no wait and to come in only to tell me they were too busy to do my car. He advertised a $50 discount if I came in before 9:30 am and that my car would be fully washed inside and out. When my car was delivered to me it was completely dirty with no washing AT ALL and they did not honor the $50 off discount that they advertised to me. When I reached out to the owner to tell him it was not being honored he sarcastically said "what do you want gas money and breakfast

The best car wash in Miami that I know of. I have a client with a Ferrari, I bring it here to get detailed. Great value for the price for any car - cheapest wash is $28 for inside and out. Large team working on all the cars together. This place also offers painless dent removal, window tinting, clear bra (3m) installation and more.

Came here today with my bf because I was cracking up at Shawn's replies to the reviews. If your competitors bother to leave you fake reviews, means you're doing a great job lol

The place is very easy to find - you drive right in and they immediately take care of you & your car. One of the guys even opened the car door for me, so sweet! Offered a free water bottle, too.

The place is nice and I loved the hanging chairs. They cleaned both cars so fast I didn't even notice, took them 15 min tops for a very neat job. Alas, they can't fix the Ferrari dents but that's okay

Been here 3 times. I purposely put $3 in quarters In My change jar today because I was 99% sure they stole half of what I had on my last visit. After my wash, only 2 quarters were left with the rest of my change. When I approached management, he said he would review cameras as he tried handing me change. This is the same response I received the first time and just told him to keep it. He wasnt apologetic and rude. Apparently, he is aware of the issue amd getting loose change to give back is part of the culture. Sucks because they are quick and decent but people stealing $2-$3 from me 80

So in regards to their dent repair service, they're pretty awesome.

I had dents all over my roof, the passenger side rail had a huge dent and my back left door had wrinkles... It was beyond messed up. I had plenty of quotes from body shops and PDR guys, and the usual price I got was from 1100 to 1600. I passed by here, and I got a significantly lower quote. Without hesitation, I said let's do it.

They have free water in the lobbies, and while you're waiting you have a nice view of luxury cars constantly leaving and entering the place, if you're into cars like that it&apos

Don't try to get service here, staff is rude and inconsiderate. Better try other places near Brickell, even if they have to drive a couple miles away..... go to the other places.

I been here twice and they are always rude, you would think they want more business. But seems they are happy with what they have.

Never going here again.

UPDATE AFTER OWNER RESPONSE

Well, I don't have a car wash shop, if I did I would care more about customer service then this guy does. I'm a US Army combat veteran with multiple deployments with a SOF unit.

I was impressed with Harold, the manager, and the quality of my wash and wax. Additionally I decided to get my rims powder coated and calipers painted. They did a fantastic job and even delivered my car to me. Can't recommend Miami Auto Spa enough.

Three things.....

First, the place is difficult to find. If you blink, you'll miss the entrance. It's located on Calle Ocho and the outside signage blends in well with the rest of the advertisements plastered all over the buildings.

Second, the staff just doesn't listen or care. I came in to have my car detailed. You know, meticulously cleaned inside and out. When they told me it was ready after 15 minutes, I knew someone had dropped the ball. The guy behind the counter was more interested in his social media than what was happening in the waiting area, or that there were customers

Loved this place. They did a great job on my car and it was super speedy... and a great deal. I'm definitely coming back!

They do a great job here overall. My car always comes out super clean inside and out.
The girl at the front desk is very nice and always gives me an extra air freshener but I wasn't super pleased with the guy that greets you. He tried to sell me something that wasn't needed, seemed a little shady

This my only go to place for my car detail and or tint or whatever needs. Love this place. Great hard working staff. All sorts of cars pull into this place so you definitely know it’s a great place. Fair price and negotiable depending on what services you inquire. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Refreshments and bathroom available. Thanks guys!!

I liked this car wash, the staff was friendly my car was cleaned properly and they were quick. It was around 28 to wash my car.

I was able to wait in their office while I worked remotely.

BEWARE! DONE going here as of today. If you have a black car it "WILL"' get damaged here. I have a 2020 911 992 that I have only brought to this Carwash. I started to notice "many" micro scratches on the vehicle. Too many too soon. About 6 washes.

I called the owner out on it, and had to listen to him tell me that if you have a black car that's what happens. If you're OCD then don't bring it to a carwash. Is that the appropriate response? He also blamed it on rock chips and iron elements within the air that get stuck on the car and grind into the vehicle

I wasn't going to leave a review because I don't like leaving negative comments but I just got the estimate for my repairs. I took my car in to get an interior detailing done, I noticed the cleaner drove my car around their cleaning circle twice but didn't pay it any mind until I got home and noticed heavy scratches with white paint marks on the passenger side. There's no way the cleaner wouldn't have noticed when he scraped the wall and yet still didn't tell me. A very expensive interior cleaning as it turns out. Be very careful taking your vehicle to this place.
