Whenever I go to Aventura mall, instead of parking I bring my car to get basic wash which supposedly includes exterior wash, interior vacuum and wipe-down. Car was “cleaned” within 30 minutes. When I put my bags in the back seat I could clearly tell the doors were not wiped down, neither the windows nor seats. Pictures for proof. Asked to speak to a manager who explained basic wash is only with vacuum and wipe down… which clearly were not done. He still attempted to charge me full price. Dropped $5 when I argued that I basically only received exterior wash. When we drove off and the light

Though the location is convenient, the wash was very average and not worth the price. The inside of the car wasn't completely wiped and the passenger side exterior windows/body had dried water spots. Looks like they overlooked that side. I am glad I just got the basic wash.

I wouldn't complain about the quality of the wash if I paid like $20-$30 but I came in for a $100 interior shampoo wash and I when I got back into the car it felt underwhelming. I am never one to complain about anything because I believe that workers always try their best but I genuinely don't think this place did their best work on my vehicle. My speedometer had dry droplets on it and things like the cupholders and some cubbies just weren't cleaned. The least you can do to make the car SEEM clean is take care of the driver's area but I ended up having to wipe the door panels and handles as well

Got my car cleaned by Aventura finest today( regular outside wash). I don’t know why people always complaining about the car wash, they promised me my car in 40 mins and I absolutely got it in 40 mins. It’s a bit pricey but it’s in the mall and very convenient. Dropped off my car and went to Macy’s to grab an outfit, when I went to check to see if my car is done, It was red carpet waiting for me.
