We purchased a travel trailer from Autorama in April of 2021 and have had really good experiences with them. We have called them numerous times with questions and they have answered them all. We had a few items that needed corrected (warranty covered) and Autorama got our trailer in their shop and back to us in a very timely manner (2 weeks). Great service after the sale. I would return to Autorama again.

I would give the service department a zero if I could. When we purchased our camper in March 2021 they were supposed to do an inspection, which it is obvious that they did not do so. The shower was cracked out in it. I asked that they replace it and when we went to pick it up it had not been replaced, they had to order it. When I called on April 29th, the service department supposedly did not know anything about it and he said he would order it on 04/30/2021. On June 1, 2021, I called to find out the status of the shower replacement. He said that he wondered if it was on backorder and would call

Purchased a camper through them. The salesman was friendly and helpful. I would not recommend this place because of the finance lady. She was difficult, distracted easily and kept asking me (the customer) if she was doing the loan papers correctly. Family member of mine also had the exact same experience as me. I would not recommend this place till they evaluate some of their employees.

BETTER NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS - THEY WON'T FIX THEM!!!!
I purchased a 2015 Salem Cruise Lite last year and have had multiple problems since and they take NO RESPONSIBILITY!!!! Where do I start.....toilet O Rings fell off and the toilet does not hold water, therefore every time we flush, we have to pour water down the basin. This has caused a clog and Autorama will not admit to any fault, nor will they replace the O Rings unless I bring the camper in. After talking to my sales rep - Dennis, he assured me that he could get someone out there to take a look at it and I was passed off and given excuses

Avoid at all costs! We have had nothing but trouble with them starting with the buying process. They are quick to sell you a unit off their lot but when it comes to standing behind it (even with a purchased warranty), their service is sub par at best. I should have ran away with all those red flags, but we found a Toyhauler there that we liked and would fit our needs. Months later and we are still dealing with issues! Replacement parts sit at the dealership for weeks without any communication saying our parts are in! If you have an issue with the unit during the State Fair don't even bother getting

I loved the personal attention that I received from Autorama. My sales person was Darla (also known as Sparky). She was wonderful. My husband and I were not knowledgeable about the inner workings of our new camper. Sparky always answered her phone (even on her day off) and gave me the answers I needed. Bill brought the travel trailer to our website and got it all set up. Bill was excellent as well as he had patience in working with us as "newbies"!!! I highly recommend working with Sparky and Bill. What a refreshing experience! We love our camper!

I would not recommend my worst enemy to this place. We shopped at the RV Sale at the Fairgrounds. First we wrote a check for a hold, not a deposit that was cashed. Next we go down to sign the financing expecting to pick up our camper, which wasn't ready. The first time we took it camping the black tank wasn't hooked up so crap sprayed everywhere. When I called to get it in to get fixed I was told to call back next Wednesday. Why can't we just schedule a time to bring it in? Finally, I called Ed Garner myself and calmly told him I was very unhappy with the service we were receiving and he said

Trouble customer service! We bought a 2017 Salem forest river camper from them in July. We have had issues since we bought it. We have had it in for serive and we are still having issues. We have called multiple times and they are saying it is pur fault. The owner told us he was tired of us, and that isnt not his serive departments fault. We… have the one year warranty, and paid extra for the extened warranty. Yet they still wont fix it. Just want to warn future camper buyers. Spend your time and money somewhere else. This place is a joke

Spoke at length about purchasing Vibe and if my 1/2 truck will pull it. Was given fictitious weight and tongue weight. Looked like should be no problem. Purchased it and waited for delivery. Picked it up and took directly to first camping trip. Pulled decent in town, but on hwy unit bounced terribly. Took it back for warranty work, they messed with… equalizer bars. Didn't help at all. Replaced front struts on my truck and also added air bags in rear of truck. Still pulls horrible. Was told tongue weight is 750 lbs. After propane tanks filled and batteries installed. Weighs in excess of 1000

After picking up our brand new camper on Wednesday took it camping Friday and it was leaking water under the shower. I was told we would have to bring it back up to be repaired. I am sorry, but we live almost two hours away and have to take time off work to fix their mistake. Will not buy there again!

Horrible business practices! Sells unsafe vehicles and refuses to honor their own contract. Be ready for legal battle. Ed Garner himself told us he didn't care what our contract said. Sold us a death trap. I recommend strongly to buy elsewhere regardless of what "deal" you think you are getting. It is worth the extra money for your family's safety and your peace of mind.
