They have been excellent to work with!! We bought a néw Alpine. We have had issues and they have taken care of them every time. We just bought new in April. We have no complaints and I will update if we do. Appreciate them very much! UPDATE!! I would like to be clear I am NOT affiliated with this business other than a happy customer. Our keystone has had issues, manufacturing issues it has nothing to do with the dealership. The dealerships job is to fix those issues. 4 months later they have fixed the issues and we have been very happy with the service. We had one issue which was a fault of the

Great customer service. I've stopped by there a couple of times for gear & supplies; they always walk out in the aisle asking if I have any questions or need help. Their people definitely know their products. Although I did not purchase my RV from Imperial, I'll be keeping them in mind when that time comes!

Bought an rv a few weeks ago from them. The experience was great. Came in for a warranty issue and it was sorted right away while I waited.
Denise(owner) explained things to me that were not explained when I initially purchased the rv. She went above and beyond and I really appreciated it.
I would never hesitate to bring my rv here for service, or to buy my next one from them.

I recently bought a travel trailer from them, everything looked great as it was used, but when my wife and I took it out for the first time the week of purchase. We encountered a few issues. The trailer was bought as is, however we notified imperial of these issues and brought it back, they fixed all of the issues without charging when they didn't have too. This is excellent customer service and speaks volumes about the way the operate! They care about their customers and not just about making a dollar! I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a new/used trailer as they'll do their best

We bought a brand new camper May 6, which was fantastic service. Went camping May 8-10 and discovered that there was water leaking outside the camper. It’s all enclosed underneath so we couldn’t see exactly where it was coming from but in the general area of the black/grey tanks. Called on Monday super awesome said to bring it in and it would get looked at. So today when we called it still hadn’t been looked at. 2 weeks is ridiculous especially when we had it for 5 days and it was not our doing that there was a leak.
