I had gone in to look for a car hauler, after looking around for a while there sales man came over Luke and he was very helpful and no pressure he listened to what I was looking for and showed me the right car hauler for my needs. And the price was in budget. Would recommend Thomas bus sales to anyone.

Excellent Excellent Excellent. Brought a sturdy American made trailer here. The salesman was one of the friendliest nicest people I have ever dealt with. Have contacted them several times and the service people are just as nice. Had a repair done that only cost a fraction of what I thought it would. They took time to explain the repairs and were very helpful. I found them when I had my hitch installed and they recommended coming here. Now I know why. Also they have a huge selection of trailers. I also paid less for an American made trailer then a lot of flimsy Chinese made trailers I was finding

Sales department is great! Very friendly and pretty knowledgeable. Parts/service department could definitely use some work. The lady I delt with was not friendly and did not smile once while I was in the office. She needs a serious attitude adjustment. I was quoted around $400 for a trailer fix, when I went in to pay, my bill was nearly $800! I did not receive a phone call about the price doubling after I asked to be notified if there were any changes. I will be finding a new mechanic to work on my trailer.
